I had a long stay here at an awful time during a wildfire evacuation of my town. The room had a full-sized fridge and range which allowed me to prepare my own meals and not have to eat in restaurants all of the time. I was able to pick up a few extra kitchen items at the thrift shop which is only a couple of minutes' walk away. It was also handy to have a guest laundry in the building. The staff really did their best to make evacuees as comfortable as possible under the circumstances.

A fire alarm system test during which the alarm was activated several times with no warning. Hopefully this is not a regular occurance.

Room was more than I expected; well suited for an extended stay( I was only there for one night). Room was large and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and a good start to the days travel. o restaurant on site . However, the attending staff offered a great suggestion to an excellent dining spot. Thus is only the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and won’t be the last.

We had a wonderful stay it was nice to have a king-size bed, and they were not cheap with towels ,4 towels for a family of 4 ,we also enjoyed the big pool kids had a blast.Only wished it was open earlier at 8 or 9 instead of 10.am Everything was awesome we will be back !

The pool needs to open earlier, then 10 am

Have stayed at property many times as it is convenient and comfortable.

That there was no housekeeping on the weekend and no clean towels or refreshed coffee products. The dishwasher had not been emptied.

Breakfast was decent, Location is easy in and out. Hotel showed well for the age and bed was super comfy. Check in was fast and friendly, check out was super.

Our sink in the bathroom was broken, it needed to have the plunger fixed, thankfully we had a suite with a kitchen sink to brush teeth and shave. we notified the staff upon checkout, this did not impact our stay and understand things happen.

Loved the Breakfast need that so bad

My only sad face was because the Hot Tub wasn't running....my one reason I booked to stay there after my longggghh drive. Had git bath instead but still disappointed. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AWESOME

the pool area which I was looking forward to was closed my entire 2 weeks. was the reason I chose over alternative destination.

Had not expected any breakfast so was pleasantly surprised to find it was available. Arranged to check in late and were pleased that most of the paperwork was prepared before we arrived so we could quickly get to our room.

The pool room was very cold and no pool toys like before I understand it’s a Covid rule. I booked for the pool so my children could have some swimming time next time I will ask if we can bring a couple of our own pool toys in. Overall my kids were really happy so it was a great visit.

the cleanliness was next level, and I liked the safety of the food service in the morning. especially due to COVID. thank you
