Staff at this property are excellent, friendly, and well trained. The pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is extremely good, not fancy, just very good and consistently delicious. I love the architecture of the lobby and pool, and pasta restaurant on the inside, very well thought out and unique. Room looks dated circa 1980, but I happen to like the older furniture, carpet, and layout, reminds me of happy times, but compared to the Post across the street (where I usually stay, when in the area, though more expensive), it is dated and could use a refresh for the price range.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, needs to be updated ASAP to be competitive with other hotels of the same price in the area. It is a deal breaker for a return visit for me. I don't know if it was just in the room we were in, or if this is a problem over the whole property, but in any event, I will not take the chance until I know they have addressed this issue.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly including printing out our national parks pass. The location is fantastic and the facilities are great for what they are - rooms are a bit dated but really homely, and the pool and gym are great.

Room was too warm because no air conditioning. We were warned about this as it is because of their eco-friendly policies - but it felt like there were some inconsistencies there (for example we were given single use takeaway cups). We had a room with two double beds because that was all that was left, but the beds actually proved too small for us as a couple to share one, especially given the heat in the room, so we used one each.

Very clean, good available on property, good parking. Good breakfast buffet for a fee.

As everywhere the prices for room are getting higher and higher, the pool is too crowded and some treat it as their private pool like 6 teenagers that started playing “throw me into the crowd” or some mommies asking groups of kids to jump into the water together when there are kids and adults trying to swim. Total anarchy. Line swimming not available and adult swims only 30 min starting 9:30 pm. Would be nice to open the pool at 7am so that adults can swim for one hour before breakfast.

The location was fantastic - a 5 min drive from the Parks Canada lake shuttles, 10 mins from the start of the Icefields Parkway or Yoho National Park, and 30 mins to Banff. The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked, and the kitchen was very useful to be able to cook dinner instead of eating out every night. The balcony was awesome, with a nice view of the mountains peeking through the giant pine trees that cover the grounds. The mini golf course was a nice touch, and was good for a half hour of entertainment one afternoon. Having the restaurants at the hotel was also very convenient for nights where we were too tired to cook. All in all, a lovely place to stay, we really enjoyed our week there.

The highway is very close to the hotel buildings, but the noise is generally low inside the rooms and we had no trouble sleeping through it. There is no air conditioning in these rooms, which is probably not normally an issue, but for the week we were there when it was 90 F every day it got a bit warm in the room.

The (recently renovated) room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a nice view. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave me the choice of floor. Hotel has nice restaurants with friendly waitstaff. Also possible is the use of their free shuttle to the ski area. Parking on site.

For me personally the room was way too hot when I arrived, I immediately turned the heat down which fixed the issue. Also this is not a very cheap hotel, makes sense since there’s not much accommodation available, especially in winter.

Loved the room. Super cozy for 1 person. Great room space to lay out gear if you're in the area for sports like skiing or climbing. Also has a tray to put your wet gear on in the room. The inn has a great dinner place though it can be pricey but it's Lake Louise after all. Everything is expensive here. For the room price, you definitely have good facilities to make it worth the money.

Could have an alarm clock or any device with USB adapters for charging devices. No one really has travel adapters anymore

This property is just gorgeous. We stayed for one night and arrived late afternoon. The check in desk staff were really friendly and efficient. I had booked a double room, travelling with our two young boys. Parking was free and we got a space right outside our room. Once we walked through the door, we very quickly realised that we had been upgraded without being told. We had a two bedroom, two story, two bath space, with a small balcony. It was absolutely beautiful and it gave us the space we needed to let our kids run around after a long travel day. We made use of legends restaurant and opted to take our food back to the room. Portions were huge, and really tasty. Check out was also super friendly and efficient. Our upgrade was confirmed and I thanked the clerk. We would come back in a heartbeat and seriously considered staying another night. SO close to lake louise. Perfect to stay if you want to catch the sunrise or sunset.

Our space was absolutely beautiful. There were just a couple of (very) minor imperfections in the shower room which made it look untidy. It's nothing worth complaing about, or marking down for. It's purely aesthetic, and considering the beauty of the space, looked slightly out of place. A couple of the USB charger points didn't work BUT there were so many that it was easy to sort.

Overall well equipped but more cups etc than a basic 4 would have been nice. Comfortable bed. Paid a bit extra for room with balcony and view and these were worth it.

Not the room we booked as we were upgraded. Explanation of the differences between the rooms before we left for the one we were assigned would have saved confusion as initially the upgrade did not seem an up grade. Room with double bed + pull down bed pull down bed not = to two double bed room. We did however appreciate the basic kitchen area that came with the upgrade.

Staff were courteous and super helpful. When we arrived, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to room with microwave, kettle, fridge so that we could be near the other party in our group, even though we had a pet with us. Rooms were comfortable and no issues. Array of three restaurants/cafes and complimentary mini golf on site. Nice picnic tables by the golf course, so we could keep our dog with us at meals (no dogs allowed at the restaurants, even the outdoor seating area). The swimming pool was pretty empty at 9 am so was able to swim laps in the 13 m pool, which also has locker rooms with showers downstairs. My parents liked the music night (Fridays and Saturdays only) which also came with s'mores and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows in the gazebo. Very convenient location in Lake Louise Village, short walk to the Samson Mall, bus stops to Lake Louise as well as Parks Connector to Lake Louise Gondola. Also the pickup/ dropoff site for the Fairview (pet friendly) shuttle to Moraine Lake.

Expensive but this is expected for the convenience of location. Wish the pool was open earlier, at 7 or 8 am for those of us who like to swim laps. The pool locker room shower was COLD for several minutes, might be good to have a sign so that people know it takes a while to warm up.

Location was perfect--close to the town center, gas station, gondola and Lake Louise! We opted for the updated family suite, which had a murphy bed and a balcony; more than enough room for our family of four. I was worried about the eco-friendly, no A/C initiative, but it didn't bother us as it stayed cool in the room even during the summer time. Kitchen was clean and came fully equipped with all the the necessities to cook a meal. We like that they had an indoor pool and a couple restaurants to chose from as well as a coffee shop and small convenience area in the main lobby. We were lucky to try their complimentary bike rentals too!

I personally didn't like the complimentary shampoo and conditioner because it left my hair dry.
