This has been our go-to in Lloydminster for years and overall does not disappoint. However, there are some facilities that need updating or maintenance.

The room toilets need to be updated with comfort height toilets. Current toilets are too low for most guests and are problematic for many seniors as well as taller guests. Additionally, the air units are very noisy and we were kept awake by the unit in our room. Lots of rattling and clicking sounds and very loud. Certainly should be better maintained.

The staff was unbelievably friendly! The cleaners, the front door staff, and maintenance all greeted you when you walked by and always asking if you needed something. The breakfasts were fresh, lots to choose from and very tasty. I appreciated the all day fancy coffee machine!! Rooms and hallways were exceptionally clean. The exercise room had great choices of aerobic machines, lots of weights and a weight bench!

The whole experience was fantastic. Teresa at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. She remembers people from day to day and makes everyone feel welcome. Breakfast was also amazing. Loved the cheese perogies today. Great experience and I would recommend staying there.

They stay was great, the breakfast was absolutely great, the breakfast room wasn’t over crowded and tvs were turned down

I believe that men are men, and woman are woman, this is by Gods design, this concept seemed to be a bit compromised at this location.

Rooms were nice and clean. It was great to have a mini fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to have access to the pedway and the many restaurants in the area.

Fantastic location, amenities and staff!!! The breakfast was extensive and so good. Loved the comfy beds and quiet room. Excellent hotel! Great pool with water slide. This is the only hotel I would choose in Loyd because of the friendly and helpful staff!

We thought the breakfast was exceptional. The food was hot and very good. It was also great to have real plates and utensils.

The only complaint isn't really an issue. I would have liked to see a little more selection for snacks.

Well appointed room. Nice fitness centre. Room and facilities were just as advertised with no unpleasant surprises. Room was clean and neat and cleaning staff were diligent in keeping it so.

The only minor glitch was that the internet was not as fast as we are used to particularly for some reason during daytime hours.

The bed was very comfortable which is important to me as an aging field tech. Great location on the edge of town with a Timmies and a starbucks right there. Everything was clean and the staff was great
