Location is key for me when traveling for business.

Seems to be a regular occurrence at some of the hotels I stay at. The air heat/ conditioner filters not cleaned. The one in my room looked like it hasn't been cleaned since it was installed many years ago. There was an inch thick layer of dust blocking any chance of air flow. Please show your cleaning and maintenance staff how to do this for all the rooms. I already cleaned the one in my room. Takes two minutes.

I was thankful for a hardy hot breakfast. one cooked a waffle, one had scrambled eggs and one had boiled eggs , yogurt, toast & jam, coffee and hot water. the front staff were helpful. no provincial tax.

the sun could have shone a little bit. And because we are from eastern and southern Sask the time change was confusing. With some extra help we got it figured out.

Breakfast was okay,complimentary breakfast is always appreciated! The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite!! We especially appreciated how clean the room was.

As small of a thing this is, we didn’t figure out how to close the second curtain on our window! It was very well hidden and didn’t figure it out until the morning 😂. It was a little bit noisy, but nothing overly disturbing.

Upon check-in, we were immediately upgraded! We had the top floor pretty much all to ourselves. It was very quiet, clean & comfortable! It was also our 1st time booking there & we are DEFINITELY going back on our next mini-vacation!!

There was a SMALL hick-up with our bathroom. We noticed that the fan wasn't coming on so I called Front Desk and we were told the repairman would be there shortly. Repair was completed quickly & efficiently. The one thing that could be an improvement would be that the room had a larger fridge. It was 1/2 the size of other hotels we've stayed in, but overall, we are very happy about our choice in hotels! Definitely going back! 😁😁

The room was nice and clean. I had asked if the air could be turned on before my checkin and that was gratefully done. The room was nice and quiet. I also noticed the carpets in the hallway were very clean as well. Overall a positive experience 😊

I had asked for a late check out the night before when I checked in and was told it was no problem. This morning I got a phone call asking if I was extending my stay. I said no I had a late check out and was told no I didn’t. I felt very rushed to get out. Other than that my stay was fine. I think perhaps the front desk should get a bit more training in customer service

Loved the hot tub in the room, everything was great, the breakfast was great too!!

Had no problems with anything!! Maybe the only thing is that I wasn’t warned before hand that I’d have to use a $500 cash deposit as I paid with debit not credit, that could have been a problem if I didn’t have that kind of money when I got there. Left me with very little money to spend during my stay.

it was exactly what we expected and the location great. The breakfast was typical. The muffins, pastries, and fruit were all fresh, although the waffle machine was out of order. The staff were all very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the room was adequately furnished.

Nice staff, very clean Good value with breakfast included. Location is good, right off the highway.

It could use a few updates. Things are looking a bit worn. Breakfast was good, but the same hot options every day. Would be nice to change it up a bit.

The location was perfect for my requirements, the room was upgraded automatically at no extra cost since my booked room wasn't available. The room was quiet, comfortable and very good value for the money. Hot and cold entrees for breakfast are available.

No complaints and would stay again.

The staff, especially Claire, were amazing. She remembered my name from day one. I know the carpet in the halls is a little dated but it is clean and exceptional for the price. I will gladly come back. Oh, and very happily surprised that they will price match even Booking.com
