Everything you possibly can think of. The location is close to shopping centre. Gas station is right at your front door across the street.I also like the location of the hotel, because there is a huge field where you can walk your pet so it can do its thing before bed.

The property is managed pretty well by the owner.

The staff were very kind and accomodating. My room was clean and comfortable, I would stay here again.

The vending machines on my floor were empty or no longer in use, and the machines on other floors are cash only which isn't as convenient as newer machines that accept tap payments. (Did not have any cash on me and really wanted a bottle of water) The carpets are worn and damaged in the hall which brings down the overall feel of things.

Breakfast was good . The best part was the lady that worked at the front desk , she was so nice and made you feel good about staying there .

I didn’t like the pillows , I went and bought one so I could sleep because there are to over stuffed And our furnace made a loud noise so we had to try and keep it off and when we did that we couldn’t see out our window

I do believe that I am still answering my first reservation which was changed from a suite to 2 queen beds and a stay until the 28 instead of the 29th but it was an excellent stay. It was quiet for sleeping. My first breakfast surprised me by giving me 7 pieces of bacon instead of the usual 3🤗🤗🤗. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. The checkout lady was very pleasant as well. I do not expect that I will be driving to Peace River again but I will certainly be good advertisement for Chateaux Nova. 🤗

As I hd left my Bible at home, I was expecting to find a Gideon Bible in the room but there was none. Don’t you offer them in your establishment any more. I purchased one at the book sale and left it in the room so that no one else would be disappointed in that room!

It is the best hotel in the area in my opinion. Convenient location and pleasant staff.

Things seem to be falling into disrepair. Towels are frayed and falling apart on the edges, vending machines broken, doors key locks seem unfinished.

It’s always clean and quiet

I was disappointed that we showed up at 3am after driving a very long way and was told we would have to call the front desk in the morning to request an extra hour. I said it defeated the purpose of getting an extra hour of sleep..

Front entrance not clean nor presentable. Two garbage cans also at front entrance were full and overflowing proving they are not being emptied on a regular basis.. This is not acceptable .Arrivng guests can be put off by this,I was.

The space was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. I especially enjoyed great water pressure.

There was loud music playing off and on until around midnight. It was quite loud in my room.

The property is in a good location, right in a place that’s convenient for shopping in food stores or clothing stores and the fast food restaurants are in the same location along with gas stations. I would recommend this place to other travel’s any day.

10 pm fire alarm because the chef kept grilling after his ventilation system shutdown. Really, did the chef not know better. Irresponsible in my opinion.
