The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The staff were amazing, and very patient given the amount of children/adults they were accommodating. Breakfast was well put together and everyone enjoyed the plentiful selections available. For a continental breakfast it was top notch. A very special Thank you to all of you, all of Teams from Didsbury had an amazing weekend with you.

Chlorine levels in the pool were quite high, but understandable given the influx of kids.

Breakfast was really great - including the organic coffee! Would have liked to have an option of bacon on the weekend, but the sausage was fine. As a gluten-free person, I wondered about the sausages, but I didn't worry because I am not Celiac. I brought my own breakfast muffin to supplement. The room was great, although I wouldn't call it a romantic setting, as we were on the second floor, right above the entry. It wasn't noisy, just had to keep the curtains closed. The bathroom was very clean, but also very tiny. It would have been nice to have a little more room in there for a couple. Overall, this was a very pleasant and quiet stay.

The staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant. The breakfast is amazing and plentiful.I loved it, along with the pool, my 3rd visit here.

This time and last time the hot tub was cold.The hotel was very busy for breakfast so there was not much room to sit. The dining area is not big enough. Was not enough staff (2) for the amount of people there were serving, they were working so hard and had little time to clean tables.. but they did an amazing job.. and deserve a raise.☺️

Friendly staff! Suites are spacious, clean, well lit and fairly modern. Bathrooms are a good size, clean, well-maintained, and well appointed with granite countertops. All common areas were tidy and clean, with fairly up to date furnishings and decor. Hot tub and pool were clean and well kept. There were Keurigs and both of the suites we rented had good sized fridges

The rooms are diverse with lots of room type options everything from a suite, including separate bedroom door& living area with fireplace and with access to the street which we really enjoyed. This could also be a con— since the local traffic from outside the street door was a bit loud at times.

The family suite that we booked had plenty of room for us to move around. Our daughter was very happy to have a separate room with two twin beds for just herself. There was a microwave along with a mini-fridge in the suite which is rare. If anyone wanted to nook something for dinner they had a few frozen meal options for sale at the reception. Everything was very clean. It was quiet at night. The breakfast had the regular amount of options that most hotels have. The staff was very warm and helpful. We went closer to the centre of town for dinner, but Boston Pizza and Tim Hortons are right close to the hotel.

The breakfast area could be a little be bigger to accommodate more families at the same time. Other than that we were very happy with the hotel.

Hallways too cool for comfort. Room too cool and we had to learn how to warm it up. Toilet at 15” too low for older people. Need to rethink the average height when upgrading. Bed too soft and some it was due for change.

I really enjoyed the room I rented, everything about it made me feel at home and very cozy. I was comfortable as soon as I walked in the door and the fireplace was awesome. Everytime I to come back, I will rent that same room. Well worth the price to rent it.

I didn't like that I arrived so late that night. I still enjoyed the room but next time I'm arriving alot earlier so I can kick back qnd relax.

The kids loved the Pool/Slide and the Spa! The room was fine (except for the mattresses ) and the breakfast was exquisite every morning!!! The staff was very helpful and polite and no problems with the parking lots!! Also quiet at night!

The mattresses! And the elevator was pretty slow! Sorry!

Very clean lobby and hotel. Third floor room 335 was new and clean. Open concept feeling from breakfast room to pool. Delicious breakfast. Pool is nice and warm, jets and temp in hot tub so great. Child loved the water slide. Front staff professional and friendly.

Breakfast was delicious, fresh, only wish that there was a second waffle machine because the line/wait for it was too long to get to try it. Love the jam selections, the staff clearly care about leaving a good impression. Great place to stay
