Good location. Quiet at night. Ample parking. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Feels like they are understaffed at the front desk. If the breakfast is part of the price there should be a discount for people like us not requiring breakfast. Or other options like deals for other local places like discounts at Canadian tire or sobeys or something like that.

People were very friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal and so was the price. The place was extremely clean and bed extremely comfortable. Had a coffee machine and small fridge. The room was quiet and thermperature was perfect.

The pillows were hard. Its the only thing i did find to be not so nice. They had 4 pillows per bed and each one of them were equally the same firmness which I ended up making one of my likings with a blanket they had on the bed.

We liked everything from lots of parking. Muliple room options. The restaurant is fantasic. The free breakfast offered was a huge perk. Free for 2 only, pay $11.50 extra people, and offer substitutes. Beds are firm. Both of my teenage kids dont like firm mattress, however they liked these and slept well. Rooms were incredibly clean (i have a black light flashlight used for gem hunting and hardly any spots. Imoressed). We had the kitchenette room. It's a Decent sized fridge, not the small ones. Can place a 4 pack of steak in the freezer easily. Right on main street, essy to enter and exit. Staff all seemed very laid back and friendly. We will be visiting this place again.

The deposit. I understand hotels need deposits without credit cards however since an avid users. Normally, dont require a credit card. Just a $50.00 depsit. The deposit is $250.00. And they did return next morning. It's my fault for not bringing the card. But also use this app often and normally taken as a good voucher.

Restaurant on the premises, right on Hwy 11, the open desk in the lobby was very welcoming

All pillows were too big. They all caused my neck to be very uncomfortable.. At least one smaller pillow should be available for each bed. The Grab bar beside the toilet was too high and as a result was not useful. The toilet was too low for a handicapped person.

Good on-site restaurant with quality, reasonably-priced steaks; foyer was nice; convenient parking; room was perfectly satisfactory; complimentary hot breakfast was good; staff were friendly.

The check-in process was unreasonably delayed in part due to incoming telephone enquiries being fielded by the single staff member at the reception desk. One wonders if the hotel might be well served by hiring an answering service to receive telephone calls during the busy check-in/check-out hours.

The hotel is one of the nicer hotels we have stayed at. Friendly staff, very clean facilities. Our room was large, and the bathroom was clean. The shower was very nice. There is a great restaurant in the hotel. We had a great complimentary breakfast at this restaurant, which was very good.

I can't think of one negative.

Breakfast was provided. Good size room.

We requested no ground floor and we were given ground floor. The front desk lady did not see the request until we told her. She said there might be no available room. I thought we would be notified first rather than we had to ask.

The value was great Free breakfast which was delicious Bacon and eggs We also had dinner at the steakhouse which was fantastic The front desk lady who checked us out was so kind and helpful and really seemed to care about the guests

Only one thing was that we could have used an extra towel each for the shower in the room but I’m sure if we had asked we would have got them.

Receptionist moved me to a ground floor room on check in as I had a lot of luggage and there are no lifts. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. Had a room with a kitchen and no issues. Would recommend.

Room is spacious. Beds are clean and comfortable. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning ladies.

The bathroom is a bit small. Wish it is bigger and have a sink inside too, not just the one outside the bathroom. It will be perfect then. Thanks
