The breakfast was fantastic! Lots of delicious choices. Location was fine...we would have preferred to stay in the north side of the city instead of the south. The pool was great, but the hot tub was not hot enough. Another guest told us it had been super hot the day before, so maybe they're just trying to find the sweet spot. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. I liked being on the main floor with a separate exit right to our vehicle. All in all a great experience!

As mentioned above, the hot tub could have been hotter and we would have preferred a north end location.

We visited Rocky Mountain House area for travels. There are plenty of nice lakes in the area and you can reach the actual mountains through a very scenic drive. We booked a King room for a 1-night stay (husband and wife in our 60s). The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. The microwave allowed us to warm our bring-in meals when we arrived late. It was quiet. The elevator to the 3rd floor was very helpful for getting in and out. Free parking is available to the guests. The check-in and check-out were fast and effective. We did not have enough time in the hotel to try other facilities, but there are some.

The toilet was hard and unpleasant to use; very low bowl with a narrow, thickened seat that cuts into your thighs. May not seem like a big deal but for senior people with limited mobility, having to stress our knees to get up or down on the toilet may give us unnecessary suffering. We love the RMH area and often come here to enjoy the nature, and the hotel was truly very nice. Still, it is not a major tourist center, and $235 for one night in it seems excessive and penalizing.

The hotel and room were spotlessly clean. The included breakfast had warm options (waffles, toast, bacon, eggs, sausages) and cold items (fruit, pastries, etc.) and it was good. The room was large and had a little kitchenette with a fridge and sink. The family had fun in the pool and on the waterslide. The location was great, it served as an excellent stopping point/home base for the Rockies.

The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the hot tub, which was in need of a good scrub.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The staff were amazing, and very patient given the amount of children/adults they were accommodating. Breakfast was well put together and everyone enjoyed the plentiful selections available. For a continental breakfast it was top notch. A very special Thank you to all of you, all of Teams from Didsbury had an amazing weekend with you.

Chlorine levels in the pool were quite high, but understandable given the influx of kids.

The breakfast was adequate and hot bed super comfortable. No faults at all. Staff very friendly and fun. Also very knowledgeable We were disappointed to have to pay extra because we couldn’t find a direct phone number to the hotel and paid 30 dollars more. We are 85 and 87 and are on pensions. We were given a card that has direct numbers for future use. We love these hotels

Breakfast was really great - including the organic coffee! Would have liked to have an option of bacon on the weekend, but the sausage was fine. As a gluten-free person, I wondered about the sausages, but I didn't worry because I am not Celiac. I brought my own breakfast muffin to supplement. The room was great, although I wouldn't call it a romantic setting, as we were on the second floor, right above the entry. It wasn't noisy, just had to keep the curtains closed. The bathroom was very clean, but also very tiny. It would have been nice to have a little more room in there for a couple. Overall, this was a very pleasant and quiet stay.

Rooms were comfortable well equipped.

The breakfast was limited, with cold eggs, no fresh fruit or yoghurts. For price per night, a better breakfast experience is expected. One lady rushing around trying to keep on top of things. Worst breakfast experience I have ever had.. Room 203 had a continuous buzzing either from the fridge or something outside the window.

There is an ice machine and an elevator, which makes access very convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the air conditioning works very well. The room was very clean and fresh, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The swimming pool was excellent — our whole family really enjoyed it.

The location is not close to the city center, but since we were driving, it wasn’t a problem.

Loved that it included a hot breakfast. The pool area seemed great, but I didn't see the pool towels that were supposedly available. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

It's beginning to show its age. This is perhaps due to the regular use of the workers who stay there long term. Breakfast begins very early for their sake and ends early (9 o'clock).

The staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant. The breakfast is amazing and plentiful.I loved it, along with the pool, my 3rd visit here.

This time and last time the hot tub was cold.The hotel was very busy for breakfast so there was not much room to sit. The dining area is not big enough. Was not enough staff (2) for the amount of people there were serving, they were working so hard and had little time to clean tables.. but they did an amazing job.. and deserve a raise.☺️
