The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The whole hotel was very clean and the front desk was very helpful since I am from out of town they were very good at giving directions.

I was charged an extra $43.09 at checkout, saying my initial charge for 2 night's wasn't enough!!! Not impressed at all... Staff weren't helpful at all.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Lots of grass outside to walk pets, staff was lovely and helpful.

The front desk staff were very helpful, welcoming and professional. They recommended local restaurants, cheerfully gave me cream for my coffee after the dining time was over and even found my bank card that I dropped in the hall! The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and I loved the rain shower. Breakfast was hot, tasty and prepared “to go” following all covid protocols.

There was not a guide on the tv and the channels were out of order and confusing. My room did not have a bathroom fan.

Room was great and clean and comfortable. No complaints at all about the room or facilities.

Thought it was a bit expensive. Thought the front desk person was helpful but not very customer service friendly. Wifi was not as easy to setup. Too many options not clearly described. I think the options need better wording or front counter staff need to explain which option to pick to guest. Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sandwich - Bread was terrible like a piece of cardboard ! I had to throw it out. Worst thing.... I booked 2 rooms through Booking.com and when I arrived only one room was reserved. I have the proof at home I booked 2. That is not cool, we drove for 11 hours so that was the last thing we needed. I don't know if that was Booking.coms fault or Holiday Inn but it was bad and embarrassing so i'm not sure if I'm coming again and the front desk conversation wasn't that great. If the hotel was full that would have been a real problem for us so because of the booking problem Holiday Inn worries me and I would be really hesitant to book again.
