Hotel and Staff was good, and breakfast was good.

Didn't like the drunk lady pounding on two doors and having a fight for 3 hours with her boyfriend. I finally had to threaten her on calling the police at 2am for her to stop. The hotel staff tried to ask her to stop but she was very ignorant and rude. Perhaps put after no loud noises after 11pm policy.

Location is great, room was large and comfortable, breakfast was great.

The people in the room above us partied all night. Swearing, stomping yelling etc. we got up at 5am and left after being up all night. We let the gentleman at the front desk know and he said nothing and did nothing.

Complementary breakfast and casino vouchers were worth almost as much as the cost of the room. Jacuzzi was clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and polite

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Beds were very comfortable!!! Staff very helpful and friendly. Perfect convenient location for our purposes during the dance provincials we were there for.

Couch was pretty beat up, stain on wall in living room from spilled drink, large cumbersome desk chair that got in the way frequently.

Dinner and Breakfast was good, the staffs were friendly and the place was clean and tidy.

Due to shortage of staff there was only one person cleaning and replenishing room necessities, so i had to track someone down to replenish coffee and creamer in the morning. But staff was very patient and friendly.

The Breakfast was out of 1-10 a 12 Excellent Samir and the other cook were exceptional friendly and out on the best breakfast ever!! 💯

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and a very good breakfast.

Would be nice to have a bench outside to sit on. After a long drive I wanted to sit outside for a few minutes and enjoy the beautiful weather. There was no bench or anything for a person to sit on.

The staff were trying to accommodate everyone during the evacuation of Fort Nelson. They went above and beyond for my circumstances to help accommodate me.

I can’t say anything bad because everyone was trying their best.

Breakfast was fresh, well prepared. Staff were exceedingly polite, and willing to help me when my room was uninhabitable due to a noxious odour. I would have been happy to stay in a small double room, but they gave me an upgrade. Eleanor, the Manager, was also very pleasant when she drove me to the airport.

Location was great. Having a casino & restaurant on location was super convenient! The room was very spacious, and nice & clean. We had a jacuzzi room, and the tub was in excellent condition.

The restaurant wasn't great. Menu was quite sparse & the food was just "meh". Other than that, I was very happy.
