Breakfast was quite good, but perhaps a bit more health options would make it excellent! Location was easy to find/get to. Noon checkout option was good. Plenty of parking and rooms were clean, quite spacious and beds were decent.

Dinner at the restaurant was okay, but the price to quality wasn't that great for what was ordered as it was pretty standard fare. Asked for some extra avocado for the salad and they brought cold damaged ones that couldn't be eaten.

the only negative was the morning I was checking out the cleaning staff member knocked on my door shortly after 10 am to ask if I was checking out. I told her through the door that I was checking out that morning. check out was at noon. at 10:45 she was knocking on my door again to ask when I was checking out because she had to clean the room. I felt like I was being pressured to leave for her convenience! it was extremely annoying! I did lodge a complaint with the front desk as I was checking out.

They had a pretty good breakfast. There was a decent amount of parking and restaurants nearby.

One of the handles was missing off the shower. They only had one ice machine and it was in the 6th floor. There were a lot of unhoused people on all sides of the property,

I wish the breakfast started at 530am. I also wish the toilet in my bathroom had a seat cover since the bathroom counter space is directly above the toilet.

Comfortable beds, great location, good blackout curtains, great breakfast.

Thin walls, could hear our neighbours. Bathroom fan was pretty weak. Our room had some beard shavings on the bathroom wall but everything else was clean.

Very clean, friendly staff. I'm in a wheelchair and the parking spot was right in front of the door. Very helpful.

Housekeeping insisted on coming in my room when there was nothing for them to do.

Facility was clean and rooms were amazing. Breakfast was great. Overall great experience.

When I booked online through booking.com I wrote in a request for a pet friendly room. Only to find out that it was not in the system. I had already paid for the room online and they still wanted a deposit $100 dollars which was fine. The only thing was when I was checking out they decided to do back pay of 25.00 dollars cause I did not notify them about the pet, yet when I can and checked in they saw I had a dog in crate and I would go in and out for the dog to potty. Also I made sure online to request a pet friendly room. So instead of getting my $100 deposit I only be getting $75.00. Lesson learned always double check with front counter about pet room request.

The ac in the room was on full blast, but still didn’t touch the temperature - it was so hot, and the ac barely blew cooler than the ambient air…it was 2am before the window being open, cooled it down enough to put the sheet on.

It was a nice place and met our expectations. The staff was friendly which you can always appreciate. The bathroom floor was heated which was a nice touch that we hadn't seen at any other hotels during our extended trip. The breakfast was also great. We slept well and would go back.

The hotel isn't in the greatest location. The area seemed very run down and dirty which made me slightly concerned about our vehicle overnight but it was fine. I just found myself worrying through the night. When I walked the dog in the morning, I went out of a stair exit on the side of the hotel and found what appeared to be a homeless hangout which kind of confirmed my concern.
