The bed was comfy. Rooms are always clean and nice. The Coffee machine in the Lobby was fantastic every morning. And the Fresh baked muffins available all the time were a great touch. Would have loved to see an easy grab breakfast or some options other than the muffins, but they were very nice too. The parking lot shares with a Tim hortons, so that is always an option but the line up there is VERY long in the morning around go time for construction workers etc.
The parking lot is quite full. And having to go back out in the pouring rain to add a tag to your vehicle sucks. If they just registered plates at the front desk or something, it would be nicer. Lack of a breakfast option doesn't bode well when travelling for work. Again, the muffins and coffee maker are nice though.

Coffee maker/ cold water and delicious muffins galore. Staff very friendly. Comfortable foyer and clean downstairs washroom.
Fresh fruits consisted of apples and none one day. Expensive compared to other surrounding cities/towns.

When we booked we got a good price for the room, then I decided to arrive a couple days earlier ahead of my family. I booked the room online and the price was much higher than The original booking. Reception was great and put me in the same room I would have in the original booking but the room was not worth the higher price I paid for the first two days of my stay. I saw my brother Brad Martyniuk’s and his wife Barb Lee’s room which was much larger and it had a gift basket and towel animals. They said they paid the same price as was the original booking

Excellent and friendly service at the reception. Our questions to the surrounding were answered with many information. At the reception a coffee mashine (including latte and espresso) and muffins are available and free for guests.

close to all restaurants in town. Not a lot of nighttime noise. Fresh muffins were delicious. Wife like the coffee machine in the lobby.
