This is our second time returning to the property. Love the view from the main pools, restaurants, and cafe. Our room was clean, and comfortable. The washroom is fantastic. Loved the big mirror, modern renovation, shower, bidet, and individual robes. The dinner at the Restaurant was delicious - so glad that you brought this new chef.

There were a few things that could have made our stay better. 1) Gym facilities - there was a Yoga Studio, which we used and appreciated, but an actual Gym would be nice, too; 2) Earlier Breakfast options; 3) Hiking trails? Travelling from ON we wake up early, so I would love to walk along the lake or even rounds around the property while everything else is waking up. 4) Water activity options. The hotel is one of the most expensive in the area, so having access to paddle Boards, canoe, or anything else would be nice.

The room is very nice. Just what we expected.

The pool is also beautiful. but i hope it has more surrounding trees or shades to cover up when you want to cool down from the hot spring or if you want to hide from the sun. would i appreciate if the pool will open earlier than 9 am when the sun is not yet fully up. so we can enjoy the pool much longer in the mornings. also noticed the plants planted on the surrounding plant boxes. maybe plant flowers instead of some kind of tall grass. the pool side will be more pleasant look at.

The cottages are nicely arranged and the landscaping on the property is beautiful. The pools are very enjoyable, even when the weather is rainy. The restaurant for dinner was very good as well and it was nice to have specialty coffees in the mornings. The rooms are very tidy and we were able to restock bathroom & kitchen supplies daily.

The room was very clean but could use some renovations.

The pools were very relaxing. The front desk staff very helpful. Didn’t get a chance to go to restaurant (short stay with dinner plans with family) but did eat at cafe for breakfast. Food was terrific and staff pleasant.

3 spiders on the ceiling (understand hard to avoid in forest) and shower area hadn’t been cleaned in awhile as had pink film on white grouting (again just being picky but found I could wipe off with a cloth when I was in shower). The flooring was also a bit old needing updating.

We love the hot pool , and the beautiful scenery of the Arrow Lake. The Superior Chalet is we were living is really comfortable. It is clean and we got everything we need.

Unfortunately the weather was not very favorable, snow and chilly, and it's too early of the season to use the swimming pool. Not much choice for the breakfast and dinner which they are just rated fair.

Beautifully well kept modern cabins. Ours had everything one would need for a day or for a week. Beautiful big bathroom with huge shower. Bidet and make up mirror a much appreciated bonus!!!

Meals were very pricey but we were able to share. Handicap suite would be nice as I have trouble with stairs. But I managed

We never ate breakfast as it didn't open until late. The variety was basic pastries and fruit. We would have loved breakfast, so we went into the town of Nakusp

We would have liked breakfast, but it was all manageable. We had a wonderful time, the food that was served (we ate dinner two nights) was great! Service was great!

Pools we’re lovely. Beds comfortable. Lovely view.

Terrible (huge) pillows. Doing the housekeeping (stripping beds, sweeping floor) reminded me of being in a hostel. We were warned about the restaurant, but not eating a special meal with wine on a terrace was a huge disappointment. No discount was offered for having to eat food truck meals.

The accomodation was good, we stayed in Chalet 11B and it was nice and private but we had noisy house mates above us. We plan to return but we would get a one unit cabin or chalet closer to the main lodge. The mattress on the queen bed was not that comfortable for two, there were two queens in the room. We will seek a king bed next time. The setting and grounds were beautiful, too bad the lake was so low.
