Location. Clean outside and inside. Staff was terrific. Building looked appealing. Price was ok when we booked in January 25. Front desk was terrific.

ROOM WAS EXTREMELY SMALL. NO FRIDGE. WE COULDNT SIT WITH FOUR OF US IN ONE ROOM. NO STANDS FOR SUITCASES. RESTAURANT WAS DARK EVEN WITH WINDOWS. CHEAP TOILET PAPER. WE ATE WITH THE FOUR OF US IN RESTAURANT, BUT MY CHICKEN WINGS WERE OVERCOOKED WITH LITTLE SAUCE. (Check out what WINGS presents in Penticton and Vernon for 1 lb. For similar price). Disappointed that Hot springs were not open till June, which would have kept the four of us for 2 or 3 days.

The friendly receptionist allowed us to store our fatbikes in a locked up room. The coffee machine and picnic tables allowed us to have our own breakfast outside. The walk along the nearby lakeshore is lovely and the location of the hotel convenient. There is a grocery store across the road and several eateries nearby.

The room doesn't come with a fridge. The hotel has a restaurant and a liquor store, so I guess they don't want guests to bring their own supplies.

Great location, centered in the town and a good place to stop if you wan to go to the hot springs (20min by car). The staff was really friendly and helpful, we had some problems and they were fast and caring to solve the situation. The place has a pub and a licor store in the same place that could be comfortable if you are tired and don't want to walk too much. Is a central place.

A really small aspect, the bed was a bit soft, but personal preference, not a blocking point by any chance.

The food in the restaurant was awesome best hashbrowns ive ever had for breakfast, everything i had at the restaurant/tavern was really good! Place was quiet, clean bed was super comfy. The waterfront is just a few blocks away great place to wander & look at the beautiful gardens everywhere.

Room didn't have a bar fridge thats the only thing I can say. But I brought a cooler with me & they provided ice so not a big problem really.

Room was very clean and quiet. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom stocked with products by Rocky Mountain Soap company. Very nice! The parking spot for Handicapped persons was right at the door of the room. Very convenient!

One necessary important item that would make a stay for a mobility challenged person (knees, hips) much more comfortable is a toilet with a few more inches of seat height. Returning to a standing position is extremely difficult or even impossible with the low seated toilet.

The location of the Lodge was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Our room was comfortable and quiet. There was a lovely restaurant on site which we did not use. We went for an evening walk along the lakefront and were very surprised at the many beautiful gardens beside the lake - there were also many beautiful flower boxes along the whole main street. After our lake walk, we stumbled upon a great pub with a view across the lake, which had a friendly, laid-back atmosphere and staff - the Leland Hotel.

Excellent location right in downtown where everything is at your fingertips. The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable.

I knew in advance that there wasn't a fridge in the room therefore I planned accordingly. This would be a big plus and very convenient to have in the room. It certainly wouldn't keep me away because of this and I would definitely stay again.

Large,comfortable, clean room,with 2 queen beds and small fridge. Bathroom is huge. In annex across a small parking lot from main building. Parking just outside door. Dinner at restaurant was excellent.

No early breakfast option on site. Coffee in lobby which we didn't know until checkout. However there is a breakfast option just down the street.

Very clean and the attention to detail made me feel grateful for the care. Very quiet too! I had a good sleep on the very comfy bed. I loved how they used local products… coffee for one. I also really appreciated the soap shampoo etc they were all natural products no artificial scents! It really was surprising and very much appreciated!

It was easy to find, great location, rooms were clean, tidy, spacious, coffee, tea, hair products etc. very convenient for someone who may have forgotten some toiletries of their own.

Staff member at the front desk did not greet us right away, she saw us waiting picked up the phone and had an entire conversation before greeting us. Usually guests in front of you get priority over the phone, a phone call can be a quick hello & place on hold.
