Good standard hotel room in very convenient location. The small downtown area had some great shops and restaurants, and the front desk staff helpfully provided a map so we could easily find everything we needed.

The convenience of a central location at an intersection comes with some traffic noise but the a/c drowned it out nicely. Our "mountain view" was unfortunately straight at a pole with transformers and a jumble of wire. It was kind of amusing and didn't affect our stay since we needed to close the curtains against the afternoon sun. I'd probably try to get a room facing the back of the hotel if I stayed here again.

Restaurant is exceptional. The breakfast was excellent. The girl who waited on us was lovely. Water pressure was good. Bed was comfy. Temperature in the room was easy to keep comfortable. Proximity to everywhere we needed to go was perfect.

We requested a quiet room but this did not happen.

Will never eat breakfast here again. It took 1 hour to get our breakfast. There were only 12 people in the restaurant at the time. The toast was very crunchy and cold, the potatoes did not look appetizing, the sausages were very very greasy. Eggs were overcooked. The plating of the food look unappetizing.

The staff was extremely helpful and let me park my bike next to the office because I could not see it from my room. It's an older motel, but it's kind of unique different

they were extremely full. I like staying on the bottom floor but they had a train coming in full of people so I could understand the situation.

this was a brief stopover for us on a road trip. It was all very easy. easy to find, easy parking, comfortable room. We did not eat here - mainly because there are good places to eat nearby - we have excellent sushi

the hotel staff were excellent. the rooms were clean, beds were comfy with lots of pillows, location was good. could walk to grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops. hotel was completely non-smoking which is excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent - good food at great prices with very good service.

It was very clean, smelled fresh, the mattress was great, the location was perfect for our needs.

The AC was so noisy it woke us up repeatedly throughout the night.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location as it was close to where I was working and nice that it was close to the grocery store and restaurants. Staff was welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning.

The parking lot was a little small, and I often had to park on the road during my stay.

Would appreciate 10% off at Begbies not just at breakfast but at lunch and dinner as well to encourage guests to either order room service or dine in the restaurant/lounge.

We were going to do some sightseeing in the area and after a long drive we looked for a last minute place to book a room that would (hopefully) be a better experience than our experience with hotels in Prince Rupert!
