The property is located within walking distance of the main street of Smithers and only takes 2 minutes to get there. The property has guest laundry facilities situated alongside a great looking kitchen with everything you will need if you want to self cater. Our bathroom had a walk in shower cubicle which was large, spacious and very welcome. There is plenty of on site easily accessible parking.

We are seniors so we travel on a budget. We wanted a basic room that was clean and comfortable.The motel was budget friendly, exceptionally clean and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The room had some upgrades with comfortable beds and pillows and newer bedding. The staff was professional and courteous. It was very quiet and we enjoyed a great night’s sleep.

There were a few minor things that did not affect our stay. The carpet and bath tub could stand an upgrade and there was no blow dryer in the bathroom.

Clean room, nicely decorated and a very comfortable bed. Centrally located at a good price. The manager who checked me in was also very nice.

The tub finish is worn in the room I had but it was absolutely clean. And the rest of the bathroom did not show signs of wear.

The location and the staff - both were great. Really appreciated the on site laundry facilities too. The upgraded bathroom was great.

Sadly the bed was very hard - they really need to upgrade the mattresses

The location was very good to get into town. The bathroom was great an excellent shower. The lady at checkin very helpful recommending a restaurant to eat at.

Nothing to dislike

Communal kitchen was perfect for fixing a dinner and breakfast. Washers and dryers were a nice convenience as well. Bathtub was lovely for a nice soak. WiFi worked great!

Liked it more than I expected. Very nice for a MOTEL. Rooms good size, beds comfy, coffee to make in room, community kitchen area and laundry that could be useful.

Not a huge complaint but might have been nice to have breakfast included.

I did not realize there was a breakfast?? The beds were very comfortable and rooms very clean. Bathroom was over the top! Loved the renovated shower! Nice work!

TV was too small for the size of the room. Being on the upper floor, heard the early morning check outs.

Thin walls with lots of noise from neighbors and parking lot. To be expected I suppose.
