The desk person was really great, very knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet for the most part. The bed was really comfortable and the view out the window was a perfect way to start the day with snow covered mountains, you could almost reach out and touch them. Even though the highway is close I never noticed any noise.

The entry is very difficult to navigate: multiple steep concrete stairs and only one handrail. I was there working as well as for medical appointments and walking was a challenge never mind trying to go up those stairs with a suitcase and computer bag, etc. There was no assistance offered or trolley available. There is very limited parking and the first night I had to park across the street. After that I was allowed to use the handicapped space near the front entrance.

Staff was excellent, arranged with another incoming guest to switch rooms as I did't realize there was no elevator. Wife was having surgery in Smithers. Bed was super soft, I got a great night sleep. Realized bed would be too soft for the wife after surgery, front desk understood and did not charge us for the last night. We checked out just before 12.

No elevator, my fault I should have paid more attention to amenities when booking.

Everything was good, they let us do a late checkout for free because we showed up late, staff was very accomidating and friendly

Bed is really soft which caused my injured shoulder to hurt very bad the next day, i prefer firm beds but its a good location for those who prefer a bit softer.

The service was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and really made us feel welcome. Rooms were a little dated, but smelled clean and fresh. Amenities were stocked and I loved the lip balm!!

There's no parking! There are a few spots along the one side of the building, and room for a few in the dirt in behind the hotel but not nearly enough spots for how many rooms are sold. We had to park in the manager's spot because there was no other parking for us.

Right on the Highway - easy in easy out - drive thru Tim’s is almost part of their parking lot. Good fully functional rooms. If you just want a good stop-over on a three day drive this fits the bill. Even gave me a toothbrush!!

All good no down side

Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful, moved us to the main floor to accommodate small children. Beds were super comfortable

Rooms were a little dated and in need of minor cosmetic repairs. Not much choice of television channels- nothing for kids.

Staff were great

No designated smoking area which causes people to be ignorant about disposing of their butts which gives all us smokers a bad name

Nice hotel, clean.

Felt motorcycle parking was not as safe as other places we have stayed.

Location, gentleman at front counter welcomed us and offered help with our luggage. First time anyone offered help with our luggage.

Ice machine was down, coffee pot dirty. Ice machine was fixed the next day.

Great price and wonderful staff. Super friendly and helpful. I stay here whenever I'm passing through the Smithers area. Right off the highway and beside Timmies!! Rooms are clean and comfortable with some offering for breakfast; muffins, coffee, cereal, etc.
