I liked that the room was clean and prepared when I got there, and they provided bottled water and coffee for your stay. The pool and hot tub area was enjoyable and warm and clean. There was a bathroom with a shower next to the pool area for you to use before and after swimming that was really convenient. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The location was really convenient and you can park right in front of your room if you are on the main floor.

The only issue I had with my stay was that it was noisy in the morning from staff and people in the hallways and also if there were people in the room above you, you could hear quite a bit of noise from them. I don't think this was an abnormal amount of noise though, I think it's more because I'm used to living in the country with very little noise

I really enjoyed the pool & hot tub! Perfect temperature & not horrible strong chlorine. I like that the Smitty's Restaurant was just a short walk down the hallway & the food there was delicious, even though the wait time was a bit long. I was not in a hurry, so it worked out okay. Would definitely stay at this place again.

I didn't appreciate a few bugs crawling on my bed... but I took into consideration that there is outside access to the room & so the bugs may have found their way in that way... maybe while staff was cleaning & had the door open for fresh air. Room was maybe not as sound proof as some - I could easily hear people talking in the hallway close to my door, but it wasn't for long periods of time or at night, so it was fine.

The staff are absolutely amazing. Very good value for the money and lovely having a restaurant adjacent.

The tile that they have surrounded the pool and hot tub with is not anti skid flooring…it is extremely slippery and I came so close to wiping out as soon as I stepped into the pool room. I actually pulled a muscle and if not for my bf, would have fallen. That is not the kind of tile for that purpose. It is like a sheet of ice when wet. Also, the sauna does not work. We turned it on when we first entered the pool area and 45 minute later it was still barely warm.

The location is great, it's just on the edge of town with Tim Hortons and Gas stations close by. They have a pool area, lounge, fitness room and a Smittys restaurant all attached to the hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly and very generous when we needed something! And a bonus how each room has a second door right outside to your own parking stall. You don't even have to carry your stuff far to get to your room. The price was very affordable, I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area!

The parking stalls are narrow, but I understand how you did the best you can by using the space wisely to get more parking stalls.

The rooms are comfortable and a private bathroom. Tvs worked. It's one of the better ones I've stayed in this year. The pool was so great.

The schmittys restaurant and lounge wouldn't even acknowledge us when we tried dining in. We went to Mr. Mike's and 2for1 pizza and spent $370 combined to those 2 businesses

The pool was great. The rooms were excellent. The staff I interacted with were all very inviting and great customer service.

The schmittys restaurant and lounge were terrible. We walked in, and no one greeted us. And no one asked to serve us. They weren't too busy. But obviously, they didn't want to serve us.

Room was very pleasant, clean and quiet. Liked that room was accessible from parking space in front of the unit and accessible to the inside of the hotel through another door. Very comfortable beds. A very nice facility at a great price. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to dining/ shopping and on edge of city so easy to get to. I planned my stay late and there was a double booking for one night. With a cancellation they were able to accommodate me for a second night.

birthday party rental of pool. we were enjoying a nice hot tub when a kids party come in and took over the entire pool area. kids dripping all over our shirts and stuff. no sense of boundaries. we left the pool area we were in for about 15mins.

Time taken whent checking in to get front staff attention. Parking lot as big trucks parked adjacent and opposite to each other blocked path in out had to go around to get in and out.
