I always stay here because of the location and the restaurant but the bar side was closed and there was only one server who was great and trying so hard to get to everyone but she was alone so there was a wait for everything. We didn't get a chance to have our water refilled and ordered drinks after our meal was served. The food was still great and she was awesome but obviously short staffed. There were also significant issues with the internet. I couldn't do much work due to the connection issues, slow loading and losing connection. The bar being closed forced us to have our meeting in the breakfast area which was way less intimate and less private.

Comfortable beds, clean. Location was good. Our little guy enjoyed swimming in the pool. Staff were very friendly. It was nice to have a mini-fridge in the room.

The hot tub/whirlpool was closed, and we weren't sure about the sauna - it was cool inside, and turning on the timer didn't get it to heat up. We chose the hotel based on those advertised amenities, so were a bit disappointed.

I had never been to Bathurst to stay and i had an appointment at the hospital at 7 in the morning. I live 2 hours away so I decided to drive down the night before. I arrived around 6 . And I was greeted with fast and friendly service. The restaurant was top notch and my wake up call was precise. it was beyond my expectations :-)

All In all it was quite and comfortable. We have stayed here atleast 4 times now.

The bottom sheet on one of the beds was very worn. It had worn balls all over it. It would be nice to have sheets that were comfortable and that weren't uncomfortable to sleep one.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The facilities: pool spa and hot tub were very relaxing

There was an issue with the water so it was turned off in our wing for 30 minutes but the staff was great and gave us a warning while checking in

Restaurant was great and staff are friendly Location had great trails around the hotel

We stayed for 10 days and had to ask for our room to be cleaned finally was on the 9th day

Nice room, fair rate,

Loud reception or party in salon, noise traveled down hallway. Doors were propped open, I had to.close them. Not a big deal but staff should have been circulating to realize the noise.

Location as right off highway and easy to get gas and get right back on highway in morning. Great to have meal right there and then relaxed in pool, hot tub, and sauna making us very relaxed to have a good night's sleep.

Bottle opener

The convenience of everything to do with snowmobiling, we didn’t have to worry about parking our snowmobiles over night, they had a spot for lots land we could fuel up our sleds right there and the snowmobile trails are right there and groomed to the door. Also we have to say we loved the restaurant and wow the breakfast special such a great price and so good and filling. There are so many great things. Thanks again, we will be back

The staff were attentive and excellent.

The sink did not drain well. We would also love if the pool opened before 9am. We have stayed at the Atlantic Host a lot and having the pool open an hour or two earlier would be amazing.
