This is a lovely, older hotel, which in it's day, must have been awesome. Right on Hwy. 132. The room was nice, staff was nice. Loved the big balcony overlooking the shore of the Baie du Chaleur. We got there really early due to an unforeseen change in plans, and we were let into our room right away! Very, very kind of them. This is well worth a stay. Food in restaurant Kano was delicious!

We were supposed to have reservations for both Dinner at 6:00 p.m. and Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. but neither got passed to the restaurant. We were served anyways, but dinner was dicey as they were very busy. The lights on the balcony are WAY too bright for the intended use. Too bright to stay outside as it hurt the eyes, and bled into the room quite a bit. Also destroyed the evening view of the bay. Safety is important but, no need for "Stadium" lighting on a nice balcony. The hotel is settling and there's a noticeable slant toward the water side. Hopefully they can rectify this before it gets serious. It would be a shame to see a nice building like this become unusable.

Great location and superb view from the room. The rooms are small but nicely decorated with access to a balcony. Very clean.

The bathroom was extremely small. I am a very small person and I can't imagine what it must feel like for a larger individual. No elevator.

Centrally located in Bonaventure next to the coastline. Nice feeling in lobby and staff very welcoming. Lovely view from room out over the water. Restaurant is excellent, thoroughly recommend eating there if you're staying.

The view of Chaleur Bay. The room while compact was clean and comfortable. We also recommend the restaurant Kano. Many delicious options and while there was not a gluten free menu or specific listings of gf options, the chef was knowledgeable about food allergies and provided direction as to what items on the menu were gluten free.

The breakfast was excellent the portions. were goodand the service was top notch

the bright light outside our room at night should be able to operate from your room.We enjoyed being able to listen to the wave and seeing the moon shining on the water but had to completly close the drapes as the light outside our room was to bright

The location was great, walkable distance to town for restaurants and a nice path by the water

Tiny bathroom sink basin, barely big enough to wash in. Hotel restaurant ambience was nice and the staff were good but our meals were both lukewarm rather than hot.

Had a dinner which was fabulous. Accidentally locked ourselves out of the room and the staff was very pleasant!

The hotel is right on the ocean and our room had a beautiful view and there was even a beach onsite. The restaurant Kano was fabulous with an ocean view and delicious food.
