Even with the language barrier, the attendant and I dealt with the necessary transactions. Balcony was nice.

The room was quite small for 2 beds and 4 people. Parking was a problem because large vehicles blocked access. Had to parking sideways to allow vehicles to move through. Comparatively, the cost for this room versus a seaview room in Perce...not close!

Bed with two rooms which was nice. There is a kids playground and a bbq in the yard that we can use. Very close to a nice beach.

There is no microwave in the room, which was bad. Kids are not allowed in the restaurant/bar at night, so you need to eat in your room. They forgot to add coffee in our room in the second day, and the reception was closed.

location was good room ok was good for the night /short stay newcarlisle has a beautiful boardwalk and beautiful beach .

a bit noisy especially if u r at first level,breakfast not included though it ll be a good thing for the price u pay for stay. bathroom tub drain needs fixing

The view from my balcony was exceptional. The room was very clean. Good location; walking distance to major attractions and beautiful flowers. A BBQ with picnic table available for guests.

The breakfast was very ordinary and even if they had an expresso machine, the waitress/receptionist refuses to serve cafe au lait because she was too busy!! No restaurant opened in town on MON & TUE during high season 1st week of August...

Friendly staff, the rooms are well constructed and noise levels are really low too. There is a fire pit on site too.

The room wasn’t very tidy, there was plenty of dust in a few places and we found some old plastic bags that someone left in the drawers.

given the rate charged,.the hotel offers a quite reasonable level of service

the restaurant and bar do not have a license, hence the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not possible on the otherwise nice patio.

The room are impressively clean, you have access to a barbecue and a firepit outside, you have a balcony, air conditioner, all you would need for a fair price.

The pub close early there is not really place to go at night, you either go to the beach, visit friends or go in the woods, there is not much stuff to do on your own at night

Bbq facilities, the room was big enough with a sea view balcony.

No microwave, and they just have one microwave in their dining, which they close at 10 pm.
