The staff were great! Accommodating and friendly during check in, and found a lovely quiet area for us to enjoy breakfast when the dining room was full and busy with families with young children, with no seats available.

It was quite busy with families with children running up and down the halls, slamming doors and yelling. Not the hotel’s fault, and the staff did their best to keep the peace. We’re parents, and love to see kids having fun, but It would be nice to have family-friendly rooms on the ground floor for guests with young children, and reserve at least a section of the upstairs as a calmer area for adults who are there to get a break.

Unfortunately we did have one of their staff attempt to come in our room at 845 am with a quick knock and instantly opening the door. Thankfully we had the metal latch over and it stopped their entry. I was hoping to sleep in since we had driven all day and night prior to our arrival so this made for a rocky morning, the breakfast is standard, however, there were not enough eggs for two people and the butter was so cold from the fridge that buttering bagels and toast were impossible.

The location and price is always ideal for me when I go to Bathurst. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Breakfast was okay, but could definitely have been cooked a little more.

The GM went above and beyond to accommodate, my father was close to passing away,, i needed to get to his bed side,, a taxi would have been 20 minutes wait,, the GM personally drove me to my father,, , he had a great personality, greeted us with a smile, made my stay less stressful under my circumstances

The night clerk, lacked a nice attitude, not greeting the customers, on his cellphone with one earbud in, not good at customer service,,

Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff that were quick to respond to requests

Breakfast was lacking. No OJ, everything was empty and we had to find someone to fill the plates, cutlery etc. No milk for the cereal nor for the coffee. And the town was in a boil water advisory… but no bottled water in rooms. I didn’t ask for any however… they may have got me some.

The breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean, although we did find chip crumbs on the floor. Maybe not a thorough vacuuming was done? Bathroom was spotless. We stayed only one night while we travelled from one point to another, so only used the room and the breakfast. It was convenient to find from the highway.

Location, friendly staff. Great breakfast and the beds were great. The hand soaps they have smell amazing.

Not that I disliked anything but I wish it had laminate flooring instead of carpet. Also the shampoo conditioner bottle was empty. But not a big deal since we had our own.

Larger than usual bar fridge with good sized freezer, ideal for multiple night stay. Best one I've seen in years of travel. Could fit entire contents of large cooler! Convenient location across from grocery store. Very clean. Parking in front of exterior room door.

Convenient location on main road across from groceries. Easy to access ground room floor with parking in front of sliding door. Medium sized fridge in room. Staff member Nathael was particularly helpful. Fairly quiet. Very clean room. Pet friendly.

Bed and room super clean and comfy. Quiet and got a very nice sleep. Staff are all very friendly. Would stay here again just for quality of sleep.

Breakfast is not the best- I think the eggs might be the cardboard ones. I would have loved to see regular plates and cutlery and not everything in disposable containers. It is a lot of plastic wasted.
