Clean, spacious room. Comforatable mattress and pillows. Balcony with privacy walls, table and chairs really appreciated. Excellent view. Quiet inside the room for a peaceful sleep.

Allergies to carpet on floor, would have preferred carpet-free floor. Shower did not work properly (water barely came out from middle shower head). While relaxing on balcony noticed spiders crawling on balcony railing and balcony ceiling. Also a beer can with cigarette butts was left on the balcony.

The only thing I would say is during the nights the lights are always on above the doors (front and back) which attracts a lot of bugs so be careful when opening the doors while going in and out!

The staff were nice and the pool is great! Wish it was open longer, though (only 11am-7pm). Convenient and tasty restaurant onsite.

Elements of the rooms were run down, or in strange condition. A lamp didn’t work, another gave us a shock. The door was very difficult to close or open without a strong shove. There were no coffee pods in the room. The bathroom sink is pedestal, so there was nowhere to store toiletries. Not bad but: Note that the hotel has several motel strips, two of which are across the street from the lobby building. The sea-side strips also have the pool between.

It was everything we wanted! We had a beautiful big King room, so spacious with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. The room was extremely spacious, well fitted out and the bathroom was so clean - the shower was a highlight! It was very big with 3 different shower nozzles! We had an amazing meal at the restaurant with excellent service and food. The position was ideal just on the outskirts of Carlton-sur-Mer but still a lovely walk along the boardwalk to coffee, the jetty and shops. You won’t be disappointed with the King size room!

The pool was not open but we realise it is only mid June - summer but not really summer! Be aware that if you are on the 3rd level the elevator only goes to level 2 and you need to carry your case up the next lot of stairs!

Spacious queen room with desk, chair and sofa bed! Four pillows with nice poof. Bureau contain glass glasses (yeah!) and mugs, robes to wear and extras. Fridge was quiet. Towels were plush, and a generous size. Very clean, very comfortable, liked the wall finish. Nice fresh bathroom. Restaurant was very good (we had dinner at the restaurant (delicious and a delightful menu) and breakfast delivered to our door. Hotel and restaurant staff were cheerful, accommodating and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nicely located hotel with a view to the bay

We used the pull-out bed because we were 3 persons in the room. Once you open that you have a hard time getting around the sofa in the room. Even though it is a rather large hotel, they do not have a washing machine

The location was great. The room was nice and clean.

I made a reservation using my credit card, and I was surprised to find out that an additional deposit was required at checkout. The lady mentioned that the deposit would be reimbursed to my credit card if everything was in order. This is not a standard procedure for credit card bookings.

Near the sea beach, has a excellent sea view Located in the center of the town, there are some grocery stores and restaurants (like Metro, Dixie Lee)

The house has limited space, so there are only two double beds, instead of queen size bed. There is no private balcony in our room, people sit outside the room and share the corridor to enjoy the scenery, if you don't want to downstaires beach.

The layout where you got a lift to third floor but had to carry bags up another flight of stairs..strange really.

The location is perfect, close to the beach, and the beach is peaceful. The hotel has 2 buildings with different names on each side of the road. The staff are professional and nice.

The parking lot is small and not enough, especially when a lot of people go there for dinner and ice cream. There is a balcony belongs to our room, but there are many mosquitoes. It would be better if there is mosquito repellent in the room.
