The free breakfast was exceptionally good here. Normally, a free breakfast is continental, with pastries and toast and coffee. This Comfort Inn had bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, English muffins, bagels, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt... the works! Even the coffee was great.

The doorknob on the ensuite bathroom door was broken, and I would have been stuck inside for hours as I didn't have my phone. Thankfully, the kids came back to the room and were able to get me out. Each of them subsequently got stuck in the bathroom in the same way I did, even though I told them not to close the door. Fair enough, because closing the bathroom door is a good habit. The repair person was not able to get to it during our stay. I used some plastic baggies to stop the door from closing all the way. The next guests will surely wonder about that. I guess I should have asked for a different room. This one should not be rented unless and until the doorknob is replaced.

I’ve stayed here several times. I love it! It’s close to Sugarloaf, it’s comfortable and modern, it’s affordable and it’s pet friendly. The reception staff gave us a ground floor room with a patio door to make it easier to take the dog in and out. There’s a great breakfast, too. It’s everything I need when travelling to or through Campbellton at a reasonable rate. Bravo!

Bed was extremely comfortable. The lemonade in the lobby was a nice touch. The Front staff and Cleaning staff that we encountered were all friendly. Parking was easy.

Breakfast left a little to be desired. Eggs were a strange texture, sausage did not suit our taste, would have liked granola cereal. TV was dated - not smart (I.e. with YouTube, etc)

We like the area, the room was clean nicely decorated, we could keep an eye on our car. Staff were really nice, would consider staying there again if in the area.

Shame they only had upstairs room available.

Full optional room with coffe machine and microwave, perfect for a traveller like us in need of a quick supper between driving and driving. Friendly and welcoming stuff!

I have to tell that, even if it's normal in certain countries and it was really clean, I'm not a big fan of carpet on the floor, not at home and seriously not in an inn.

A nice Comfort Inn. Have stayed at many. Good check-in, friendly staff. Room nice and clean. Same for the bathroom. Good TV. Good Wi-Fi. Quiet. Lots of parking. We were a bit late getting to breakfast, but we were served, and the gentleman even asked if we wanted seconds though it was well past 10:00. Appreciated that, as we had a long drive ahead of us.

Problems with the room keys. Had to get them reprogrammed a couple of times. We weren't alone. Can't fault the staff, it was a hardware glitch. I had asked for a ground floor room, but got a 2nd Floor. Not a big deal. Could have all been full before I booked. Just convenient to be able to park your car at the room patio doors to access it and your luggage rather than to have to haul everything upstairs, but like I said, the first floor could have been fully booked before I reserved my room.

Personnel was so kind to us, they allowed early check in, even that our room wasn’t yet ready, in 2 minutes they found solution, in our obstacles it was very important. Beds were very comfy, the room is clean, breakfast was basic, but tasty and all we needed.

It was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed being on the second floor, but had to bring the bags up the stairs. Wasn’t too bad though!

BREAKFAST CHOICE WAS EXCELLENT. STAFF WERE PLEASANT. STAFF AT RECEPTION KNOLEDGABLE. BREAKFAST ATTENDANT WAS NICE AND INFORMATIVE AND CLEARED AWAY CROCKERY QUICKLY.

ALL FINE.

Breakfast was great! Everything met our expectations and we would certainly recommend this Inn to anyone travelling in the area.

The gentleman at the reception could have been a little more courteous but it was no big deal.
