Breakfast was good,staff was nice and swimming pool and hot tub was great. I liked coffee, tea ,hot chocolate and drinks were available during the day. I liked the hotel is close to ski hill.

Didn't like that price at check in was different then when we booked our stay a week earlier. I thought it was 100$ deposit so I didn't say anything at the time,but at Chek out when we received receipt every night was actually 25$ more expensive. Also the last day hot tub was pretty cold,but things can break or turn off accidently so not such a big deal.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, we are an unconventional family and usually we get treated in a different way but in Super 8 we felt seen and accepted as we are without feeling judged nor tolerated. The beds were absolutely comfortable and the room was clean. Very modest but comfy. We adored the pool and the swirl pool. The breakfast time was fun, we got to make our own waffles in the waffle machine. The price was fair and reasonable. A highlight were the statues made of cardboards on the lobby/hallway

I'd say the only two things I was not fond of was that there wasn't an elevator so we had to carry heavy luggage without help from staff three floors and the stairs were so confusing. The second thing is that I wished there was more variety of fruits during breakfast time

It has veteran parking. I was shown where to plug my car charger in. I was in a pet friendly bottom floor. The staff was exceptional. I may be wrong about the name but the gentleman at the front desk, when we arrived, again forgive me but I think his name was Chris, came out to help me get parked. He helped bring our luggage to the room and even suggested a very good, local restaurant. Very very nice young man.

A little dated. Breakfast, well it was what I expected!

We were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was great and the pool area was really nice (both selling points for us with small kids). The hotel itself is quite dated, but it was okay because it was very clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful as well. We would stay again.

Room was clean and quiet

We didn't like the lack of lighting or the squishy bathtub. It felt strange to stand on an unstable surface to shower. Also, there is no cleaning service. They are still using Covid as an excuse for not cleaning the rooms during your stay. Covid restrictions were lifted months ago. No longer is it a valid reason anymore.

The room was simple and comfortable. The stay was quiet and uneventful. It fulfilled my purposes without exception.

Though it didn't really impact my needs, the lack of an elevator in a three storey hotel might be more than an inconvenience to some.

Perfect location at a walking distance from IGA, restaurants/fast food, gas station, etc. Free high speed wifi, decent game room with 1$ pool games. Breakfast was great and so was the service. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a microwave and mini fridge that came in handy.

No elevator: not an issue for my party, but we helped an older couple carry their bags up.

When they saw me walk in with my cane, they changed my third floor room to a first floor accessibility room, which made my stay so much more pleasant and I didn't even have to ask them, they just did it.

I stayed 3 nites, didn't realize you don't have the bathroom cleaned or fresh towels every day when staying multiple days.

Breakfast was good. Enough to choose from. I would maybe do little bit more fruits, but otherwise very happy with it. Coffee,tea and hot chocolate available in the dinning hall. Liked that:)

The price. TV channels mostly in French and not much for kids. Not much to pick from. No coffee,tea or utensils in the room.

See above re: coffee. Card access to more exterior doors would facilitate close access to rooms. This is not a complaint: corridor carpets are looking tired, but in good condition.
