The indoor pool was small, but pleasant, and a large swimming pool isn't really necessary anyway. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. It's all we ask for in a hotel room.

Nothing that I experienced needed improvement. The parking lot on the hill across the street was a bit awkward, but unavoidable given the local topography. Thanks to everyone involved for keeping the property so nice.

Location was great.

There was no second choice for the included brekfast so we had to order from the menu at a $10.00 discounted price. Our room was at the end of a hall and the air conduit was right beside the room. It honestly felt like the room itself was slightly moving. It was very strange. I was sure if I put a glass of water on the bathroom floor I would be able to see it move.

The Four Points Sheraton was a much better stay than the sister hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In Edmunston the staff were friendly and made sure that we could order something to eat from the restaurant. We arrived late and we had been driving all day. It was so nice to settle into comfortable beds. We had a shock when we woke up and looked out the window. It was a room with a view......of a factory. Not what I had imagined when they said a room with a 'view' We left early in the morning after a quick breakfast in the restaurant! The staff were lovely, warm and attentive.

The view! I would suggest planting trees, investing in a garden or some landscaping to improve the 'view' It was both shocking and disappointing to wake up to a view of factory pipes and smoke or steam spewing out of them!

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly. Greeting when we arrived was very nice.

The TV didn’t work and since the maintenance staff had left it could not be fixed during our stay. Swimming pool is nice but a bit small and in a windowless room. The price was quite expensive for what you get but it might be because we booked last minute.

Great location, good comfortable rooms. We had room 225,a room larger than normal. The only downside was that the shower floor was slippery and needed a bath mat and maybe a grab bar. The shower track was showing signs of rust and needs to be cleaned with a brush.

Canadian border crossing sucks. Be prepared to have them rip your car apart. Had to park across the street. Pool ice cold. Tub so slick butt puckered the whole time taking a shower.

The room temperature is either too cold or too warm. I also didn’t like that when I tried to book online on the hotel website there were no rooms available; but I got a room through booking.com.
