Ease of finding it and it’s location was perfect for our needs.

The reception staff wasn’t helpful with assistance in English in general. Was unable to answer simple questions even about external cameras and if it was safe to park our motorcycles under the awning to ensure their safety. Unable to help with TV function as well or offer to send someone up? The waitress in the restaurant was amazing though and gave me an English menu and was helpful in ordering and having food ready for room delivery!

Great location! Restaurant food was very good as was the service. Room was very clean and modern. Staff were wonderful. Especially the overnight clerk who had to deal with a widespread early morning power outage. Manager and staff responded quickly to help out guests during the outage that lasted about 40 minutes. Was great to see they were prepared to come in as needed! Will definitely stay there again.

That I didn’t stay long enough to try out the pool. Will definitely do that next time!

We liked front desk staff and the facilities. The older woman in the restaurant was miserable and made us feel like a huge inconvenience. The younger waitress was a real pleasure! Upon leaving the place, we avoided the restaurant so as to not have to deal with the miserable older woman again and let her spoil the rest of our travels.

Easy to access from the highway. Room was large & clean, looked recently renovated. The shining star was the hotel restaurant! We had dinner & breakfast and the meals were phenomenal! Also enjoyed some fantastic craft beer & brought some home!

The room was really large, with a lot of empty space. Could have used an additional comfy chair or couch for seating.

Very spacious rooms (in the hotel) . Exceptional clean. We had breakfast in the pub. Cast @ $21 for the best eggs Benedict I have ever had, I had the ham with a lot of real ham.. My husband had the fruit filled crepe, which was huge a so delicious. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Nothing would definitely do it all again.

Great location. Spacious room. Comforrable mattress, pillows and bedding. Great pressure in shower. Friendly server in restaurant spoke English with me and made recommendations for dinner. Thai chicken salad and creme brulee were delicious.

Pool was closed. Suggestions: Hair conditioner. There was shampoo available. It would be nice to have the option for tea or hot chocolate instead of coffee only in the room.

This had to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The clerk was excellent and I can't say enough on how clean the room was. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best sleep after 6.5 hours of driving that day. It was a hotel I randomly picked traveling through the area and I'm so glad I did. I will definitely go back.

The parking lot was kind of muddy.

We were told there was no breakfast served that day...that was disappointing...the view from our window was out the back...

The hotel clerk did not tell us that there was an elevator and we carried our bags up 3 floors...we are 74 and 79 years old and do not speak or read french

The location is just off the highway in a quiet area. The restaurant is very good! There is a Metro grocery store across the street. A very large room & no carpeting which is great for someone in a wheelchair.

The shower is not a roll in.

Hotel is conveniently located just off of highway at Degelis - an hour south of Riviere du Loup. Very large rooms - with a ton of space (way more than we needed).

A little bit pricey. Had I known how big the rooms were, I would have booked one room rather than two (we were 3 people travelling).
