Ease of finding it and it’s location was perfect for our needs.

The reception staff wasn’t helpful with assistance in English in general. Was unable to answer simple questions even about external cameras and if it was safe to park our motorcycles under the awning to ensure their safety. Unable to help with TV function as well or offer to send someone up? The waitress in the restaurant was amazing though and gave me an English menu and was helpful in ordering and having food ready for room delivery!

Great location! Restaurant food was very good as was the service. Room was very clean and modern. Staff were wonderful. Especially the overnight clerk who had to deal with a widespread early morning power outage. Manager and staff responded quickly to help out guests during the outage that lasted about 40 minutes. Was great to see they were prepared to come in as needed! Will definitely stay there again.

That I didn’t stay long enough to try out the pool. Will definitely do that next time!

Easy to access from the highway. Room was large & clean, looked recently renovated. The shining star was the hotel restaurant! We had dinner & breakfast and the meals were phenomenal! Also enjoyed some fantastic craft beer & brought some home!

The room was really large, with a lot of empty space. Could have used an additional comfy chair or couch for seating.

Great location. Spacious room. Comforrable mattress, pillows and bedding. Great pressure in shower. Friendly server in restaurant spoke English with me and made recommendations for dinner. Thai chicken salad and creme brulee were delicious.

Pool was closed. Suggestions: Hair conditioner. There was shampoo available. It would be nice to have the option for tea or hot chocolate instead of coffee only in the room.

This had to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The clerk was excellent and I can't say enough on how clean the room was. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best sleep after 6.5 hours of driving that day. It was a hotel I randomly picked traveling through the area and I'm so glad I did. I will definitely go back.

The parking lot was kind of muddy.

We were told there was no breakfast served that day...that was disappointing...the view from our window was out the back...

The hotel clerk did not tell us that there was an elevator and we carried our bags up 3 floors...we are 74 and 79 years old and do not speak or read french

The room was large and beds were comfortable. We were pleased to sleep in Degelis because the air was cleaner than in Edmundston. We could not hear the highway within our room, which was great. The pool was small and had to be reserved due to Covid restrictions. We enjoyed the private access to the pool.

The Hotel structure is made of wood and we could hear people walking on the floor above us early in the morning. The breakfast was included in our reservation but upon signing in they told us that the breakfast was served in the restaurant. They had two menus: one for the included breakfast (which was limited, i.e. one waffle) or a $6.00 rebate if we purchased from the main menu. We purchased from the main menu and had a tasty breakfast after a long (30 minute) wait time. After the $6.00 rebate it cost us $15.00 per person. We just feel that if the breakfast is included, it should not be a tactic to draw clients to spend more money in the restaurant.

The location is just off the highway in a quiet area. The restaurant is very good! There is a Metro grocery store across the street. A very large room & no carpeting which is great for someone in a wheelchair.

The shower is not a roll in.

the hotel is new, clean, large rooms, polite staff. good location. A good restaurant where you can have a delicious dinner .. and you don’t have to go, look for another place .. Beautiful serving from the chef - Tartar. Thanks

1. minus, in our room the TV did not turn .. it hung evenly and it was not convenient to watch while lying on the bed. 2. breakfast ..not self-service ..it is brought to you ..little choice - no oatmeal and milk with cereal for children ... only coffee .. tea , juices and others for a fee .. I think for the price of living it is fashionable to include this in the breakfast menu. .. since you have to pay for additional options (they give a discount) .. You can order only one option from the breakfast menu .. my son left hungry so far only two pancakes .. and my husband paid for tea, he didn’t eat french fries - in the morning it’s too much, only egg and toast.. i drank coffee.. thank you..

Hotel is conveniently located just off of highway at Degelis - an hour south of Riviere du Loup. Very large rooms - with a ton of space (way more than we needed).

A little bit pricey. Had I known how big the rooms were, I would have booked one room rather than two (we were 3 people travelling).
