Heating/cooling unit could be quieter, defenetly. It turns on an off to often. Sliding doors in apartment can use some maintenance, defenetly, I want to just open it, not to pushing it in different places to make it slide properly. Switch that change water from shower to faucet don't work properly to. I not expecting accomodation in this price range to be perfect, and ok with small occasional inconveniences, however.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had enough choice, including excellent DIY wafles! Our stay was quiet, and the room is worth the price.

Very big screen TV in the room, but poor image quality. Breakfast room becomes quickly too small on rush hours. The surroundings are others hotels and residential, you can walk to the closest shopping center, but poor pedestrian infrastructure makes the journey hazardous, better take your car.

A bit of a hike from the parking area to the entrance. Although there was a side entrance that made accessing my room on the 2nd floor much easier, it was still a bit tiring to carry heavy and/or multiple pieces of luggage from my car to the room (I realize that this is a building design/structural issue that may not be able to be changed).

Very friendly and accommodating. We were travelling with our two frenchies and they gave us a room so the pups wouldn’t hear people wandering around in the halls. There are even door cards to indicate there are pets in the room! Breakfast was fantastic

I’d love to see vinyl flooring in the rooms. We are constantly travelling to the east coast and back to Ontario with our move and most hotels now have vinyl floors it’s just cleaner

My room was a sufficient size and the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and well laid out and the seating was comfortable.

The bathroom was a little small but functional. The bathroom door did stick a bit and when opening, would make a somewhat loud "snap" when it passed over the sticking point. The breakfast area's coffee maker location could be better positioned so as to not be in the walking entrance of the area.

Room was clean, staff efficient and friendly, breakfast had a ton of choice and quality of food was excellent. My bed was extremely comfortable, convenient parking as I was pulling a small trailer.

Not a fan of the 4 small pillow option, would have preferred a couple "proper pillows" and as a traveller the 7 am start up for breakfast almost seemed a little late.

Did not get there til after 10 pm and left early so did not get much time to actually see the hotel, the rate was a little high for one night, but this was probably due to long weekend. Was a long wait for check in but this was due to many people checking in at same time and only one fellow. Overall everything was good.

I liked everything: great breakfast, where everybody could find what they like, cosy queen room with all necessary features present and (an important point) working, a nice and helpful guy at the reception.

dry air in the room (was very frosty outside)

After driving from Glace Bay en route to Toronto (on one hour’s sleep due to a very delayed flight), we made Edmunston at about 9:15 pm. Our room was clean, comfy and very welcoming. I parked the big U-Haul outside our patio door and we were accommodated seamlessly.

I could’ve used a swim but a hot shower worked fine.

It was relatively easy to find from the highway. The room was big, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good. There was a table and a sofa in the room as well. The breakfast was good but not very personable. If you have a choice try to avoid being there at 7:00 in the morning because it could be busy. 30 minutes later it was much better.

The air condition was a bit loud.
