The bedrooms had new furniture. There was even a nice stand to hold the mini fridge and microwave. Unlike many places I’ve been in the freezer compartment in the mini fridge was great to refreeze my ice packs for my cooler bag. There is a full breakfast with coffee, juice, eggs, hashbrowns, and two kinds of sausage. There was even a pancake machine. Put your plate at the end of it and push the button for two pancakes. There is also fruit and yoghurt and bread and muffins for toasting. The manager was constantly monitoring the breakfast area to make sure everything was filled, and that the tables were cleaned up as people left. It’s a good location just off the trans Highway and I thought it was excellent value.

The gentleman who greeted us at the front desk was exceptional with clear communication and brought my luggage up the the second floor when I told him I had major issues with my knees and would not be able to go up with my luggage. He did it with a smile and treated me with respect. Awesome young man that understands customer service! He is an asset to the hotel!

Everything was very good. I little more variety in the fruit offered at breakfast would have been nice. There were only bananas. Maybe add apples?

Room was really nice, a big room with nice beds, sofa, microwave/refrigerator. Room also comes with a work table & chair which was good. Room has big windows, so lot of natural light, and also the artificial lighting in the room is also great - 3 warm lights placed rightly at different places in the room. Room and bathroom were very clean. Altogether a very cozy set up.

For vegetarians, breakfast has only baked potatoes as the option. Otherwise everything is good, with juice, cereals, etc.,

Quality for a price. Accurate information, responsible and friendly personal. Good location, nice breakfast.

Heating/cooling unit could be quieter, defenetly. It turns on an off to often. Sliding doors in apartment can use some maintenance, defenetly, I want to just open it, not to pushing it in different places to make it slide properly. Switch that change water from shower to faucet don't work properly to. I not expecting accomodation in this price range to be perfect, and ok with small occasional inconveniences, however.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had enough choice, including excellent DIY wafles! Our stay was quiet, and the room is worth the price.

Very big screen TV in the room, but poor image quality. Breakfast room becomes quickly too small on rush hours. The surroundings are others hotels and residential, you can walk to the closest shopping center, but poor pedestrian infrastructure makes the journey hazardous, better take your car.

The eggs were soggy but the ketchup and the sausages were very tasty. All 3 staff evening and morning crew were Very polite. The breakfast man was exceptionally kind friendly and couldn’t wipe the smile off his face.

The walk up the stairs for us and the four other elderly people I opened the door for was very hard with suitcases.

Beds were comfortable. AC was too close to the bed and blew on the bed all night.

The room changed around so the beds are not in direction of ac blowing on them. The refrigerator top was dirty and dusty as was the microwave. There was a ladies hair elastic hanging on the knob of the dresser.

A bit of a hike from the parking area to the entrance. Although there was a side entrance that made accessing my room on the 2nd floor much easier, it was still a bit tiring to carry heavy and/or multiple pieces of luggage from my car to the room (I realize that this is a building design/structural issue that may not be able to be changed).

Very friendly and accommodating. We were travelling with our two frenchies and they gave us a room so the pups wouldn’t hear people wandering around in the halls. There are even door cards to indicate there are pets in the room! Breakfast was fantastic

I’d love to see vinyl flooring in the rooms. We are constantly travelling to the east coast and back to Ontario with our move and most hotels now have vinyl floors it’s just cleaner

The food was good and the cleaners were friendly.

They fixed the fan in the bathroom but when they left, they left our door to The room open and unlocked. They didn’t clean the mess they made in the tub and on the floor.
