Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room I booked was not ready, so they provided a free upgrade to a yurt. Wonderful location. Yurt had all sorts of amenities. Nice skylight in the bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Living room area had TV, couch, fridge, microwave. Washroom was spacious. Yurt had a front porch to sit and relax. Parking right in front of the yurt. Drinking water off the tap was very tasty.

Host was not aware of my booking until a few hours before my arrival. Booking.com will need to figure out a way to improve communication with the property. Host had to scramble to get the yurt ready within a couple of hours, but they did a great job.

A very clean facility, a lot of pride taken with the upkeep of the facility. Great for traveling with dogs. Late check-in was a breeze and the employee was bilingual.

This is a very minor gripe, and one that is clearly a seasonal issue, but the AC unit was loud and exhausted awkwardly. Having been said, I am grateful it was available and made the room comfortable to sleep in the thick of an awfully hot summer.

The location was close to the highway and the property was beautiful. They had live music playing in the restaurant which was great. We ordered 2 pizzas and brought them back to our cabin. They were delicious! The value for the 2 bedroom cabin was great as well. Lots of room for our family of 4 and our small dog.

The beds in the cabin were a little bit too firm.

Easy to get to from highway. Lovely natural setting. Quiet and clean. Comfortable bed. 4 coffee in room! We only stayed the night while on our way home from vacation. We drove into the cabin and yurt area as we were leaving and it looked fantastic. Will keep this place in mind for a longer visit in the future.

There was a great bar-restaurant on location. I had the best pizza there that I've had in a long-time. The young family that was managing and servicing the property were super friendly. The location was excellent.

Room: Le Refuge. The bed was really comfortable and everything was there to cook and eat. The shower though is at the campground but the installations are modern and clean. It was somehow nice to be in a small cabin with no neighbour in front of nice swimming pond. Perfect spot to look up the stars. It was very quiet.

There was a missing curtain on small window and the main curtain were too light and did not dim the morning light enough.

this is an ideal place to go for active honeymoon in the fall. Beautiful setting, clean very large rooms, 1.3 km zip line (goes over 100 mph), bike trails, forest, and quite out-of-the-way. DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS - They lead you to the middle of nowhere, miles from the place. Waze works, Apple's default works, just not, as usual, Google Maps.

I liked the fact that when we made the reservation I did not see that there was no shower facility so they upgraded us because they had rooms available with no extra charge to a Yourt style tent. We enjoyed it so much and plan to go back there one day.

Loved all of it. It's like a diamond in a rock pile, an oasis in the desert,a rainbow after a down pour. Superb accommodations, friendly and welcoming staff, very reasonable rates, - obvious here that the folks At this place love what they do, love their environment, and want you to love it too!
