Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff (front desk and breakfast nook). Good shower. Tasty breakfast. We were only there one night en route to Ottawa, but the hotels' proximity to Parc de la Pointe meant we had somewhere close for a nice walk in the evening.

Air conditioning unit beside my spouse's head was too close for comfort. We turned temp up overnight so it would shut off, but it made us all a little too warm. Given that we couldn't walk between end wall and bed on that side, the room probably wasn't designed for two queen beds.

Location, room and staff were all fine. The included breakfast was not.

The included breakfast was not very easy to get at. It was a tiny space, it was super busy, everyone crowding around trying to get food, staff was having a hard time resupplying items as they got taken by customers. There was no place to sit. The area was so small there wasn’t room for as varied a selection as I’ve seen in other places. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

The hotel was well situated for us, being en route to Gaspe. There is a good place to eat opposite the hotel. Our room was situated in the ground level, meaning that we were able to park the car right outside and unload easily. The room was clean and comfortable and absolutely fine for a one night stay.

For us, the accommodation provided exactly what we were looking for. However for some, be aware that it is on the outskirts of the town and a good walk should you not wish to take the car into the centre, which is well worth visiting.

Would stay here again.

The room is very nice and has backdoor access to the parking if you are living on the first floor. The location is very good as it's a ~2 min drive from the St-Lawrence River. Perfect place for staying to tour the city with a cheap price tag.

The breakfast lady is very good at NOT giving you enough food for some reason, and you gotta keep asking for more before she complies. The AC has a weird angle that keeps blowing cold air into your head while you are sleeping, so it's quite easy to get sick for someone that has a poor immune system.

Everything, from the moment we arrived! The room was spotless the staff were welcoming, they were very helpful. The bed was of the highest quality, had a really good night sleep. Cant wait to return there, when next in the quaint town. Breakfast was great!

Easy access to hwy 20. Normandine restaurant next door. Hotel is either recently renovated or very well maintained. You can park right in front of your ground floor room. Very cold fridge, breakfast area is small snd s lovely lady serves eggs bacon and or potatoes. Waffle machine for your use.

Tub but drain did not hold water. Orange is very, very weak.

The breakfast… not that I didn’t like it we were not able to eat before leaving because it was just at 7am instead of 6 and with an autistic child that need to eat early we had to leave and eat somewhere else. Not impress for $362 Will not be going back

Breakfast wasn't that good (eggs tast like water, bacon was burnt).

TV connection was pretty bad, always rebooting, every 2 minutes of playing. I would prefer a room with no carpet,

The bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Found it hard to find English on the TV. Found hot food wasn't hot. Potatoes were running low, so server just gave what was left which wasn't even a spoonful. Never offered to get more.
