Easy to locate. Quiet. Friendly owner/staff member who also made us a meal in the restaurant, though it was supposed to be closing soon. Delicious and unusual Caribbean recipes. Charming old property full of character. Room was spacious and comfortable with trees round it. Lots of free parking. Bathroom and bed fine. Peaceful village to walk around in the evening after a very long drive.

Outside light shining right through our ground floor window all night (I don’t like to keep curtains entirely shut.) Strong smell of cleaning fluid when we entered room, though we were able to remove it by opening windows. Otherwise comfortable.

Small but well-appointed room with a porch and seating out front, set well back from the village road. Helpful, tactful owner. The room was immaculate and blissfully quiet, the bed very comfortable. I was too tired to go to the restaurant, but the menu, of Caribbean-influenced dishes, looked enticing. A very pleasant alternative to the standard chain hotel.

A microwave to heat up tea would have been nice.

The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. It looked like it had been recently renovated and painted. The accommodation is very secure with a combination locked door and a key lock on the room door. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food is excellent. The serving portions are plentiful. We would stay there during a future trip.

Just outside of Riviere du Loup, this small hotel had a huge dining room where we had a very nice Haitian dinner. Our room, in a separate house was beautifully decorated and comfortable: lovely modern bathroom. Good value for the cost.

It was a lovely spacious room with very comfortable beds & lovely helpful owner/staff. They had a Caribbean night on when we arrived & the energy, music & food were terrific!

Picked hotel for having a drink and place to sit at night. Limited menu (creole sauce with several items). All meals to be eaten by 7 pm, in darkness after.

I seemed to have arrived at breakfast at 8:30 so very little left. I think it would have been great. I wasn’t told what the hours were, I didn’t ask either and also didn’t know that it was free!

Everything was good but should have been given breakfast hours.

Very roomy. 4 chairs + table (not just 1 chair) Complimentary bottles of water. Very comfortable bed & the best pillow. Very clean

It was easy to access the room and lots of parking.the room was clean and nice for a short stay.
