Close to highway, but far enough not to hear it. Modern look, but well thought out. Large king room.

Our greeting at the hotel, the two staff at the front desk barely looked at us. Told us our room wasn’t ready( 15 min earlier) then said nothing else. I asked about pool and restaurant. They gave me the answers, but it was like I was bothering them. Not what I expected at a classy hotel. I was served better at the Inns I went to. This was 4 pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. Not late at night. Desk clerk in the am, guy., was more friendly, at least he smiled. Makes a difference

Location was very convenient, right off the highway. Staff was very friendly at check in. Room was nicely decorated. The extra room was great for my mom and son to share, while my husband, newborn, and I shared the main room. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Lots of variety. The coffee machine was fun, with lots of different options. There was also a great kids climbing gym within walking distance which was awesome for our 3 year old.

The extra room bed set up was a bit strange, the slide out bed worked well for my mom and son and my mom said it was comfortable, I just feel like this room could have been set up a bit differently, maybe two singles or a double. It would have been nice if the main room had a king too as there was a ton of space. The gym was also very small but probably had all the equipment you would need for a quick stay. But this is just me nitpicking.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable. The locationn breakfast was fantastic as well as the pool and other facilities.

They advertise queen beds but in fact their double beds not queen. Our sink was clogged and couldn't use it- and we couldn't get the air condition going at first eventually got it to work after many attempts- when calling downstairs multiple times no answer, only to find out when I went to down to speak to someone both of the desk staff left it unattended to go outside for a cigarette as one of them told me thats where they went..., when I went downstairs to express the situation they- were actually not friendly and told me that they would have someone look at it the following day after we left. It's a great location but expect to hear the loud highway traffic though!

This was a great location to break up my trip from Fredericton, NB to Mirabel, QC. Very convenient to be in walking distance to the gas station, Tim Hortons and a convenience store. It was also great to be able to access the casino restaurant by the pedway. The meal there was excellent as were the staff!

Though there was a blind at the window, the light filtered in from the large illuminated sign at the front of the property. A heavier blind would create a better sleeping environment. The room was nice but the quality of some of the finishes and furniture was low and was starting to show wear and damage.

Beautiful facilities, our room was spacious and well stocked, and bathrooms were clean and we'll set up. The pool was a nice bonus as well. Couldn't not hear any noise from other rooms either.

It was on the more expensive side for one night. And also could clearly hear motorcycles and larger trucks driving by. So outer walls are not as sound-proofed as the walls between rooms.

Room had a couch and a bed as well as a work area so we could both rest and work. Room was clean and well supplied with amenities. Breakfast was buffet and available at 6:30 so we could be on our way by 7:00 (which we needed). Blackout curtains obscured the light from the Casino sign (otherwise it would have been difficult to sleep).

The breakfast provides recyclable or compostable cutlery but it was not obvious where they could be recycled. Lighting in the room lacked for reading.

Clean room, tiled queen bed suite, separate toilet room, lots of hooks, fridge, microwave, great design of room, breakfast was wonderful. Walked to great restaurant at the casino. Walked to Giant Tiger department store and a plaza. Also near a gas stop and hotel is right off the highway.

Not crazy about having pets in hotels because of allergies. Not sure what the hotels position is in providing non pet rooms. The door could use a stay open mechanism to get belongings in the room.

Clean, sanitary, good environment and very comfortable.

I checked in that night because I booked two rooms with my friend. I asked the front desk for four toothbrushes, but they said they didn't have any, only two. Their attitude was very cold. But the service staff the next morning were very kind. They would smile and say hello to me, which made me feel very happy.

Location was great right off the highway, close to essential shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely quiet, the heating and cooling system was not too loud. Washroom was separated into two rooms, 1) toilet 🚽 and small sink and 2) stand-up shower 🚿 and sink with a vanity mirror. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Price of room was inbetween high and low of other hotels and it even included a free breakfast. Our experience with this hotel was very pleasant, we will definitely return.

Heating and cooling system. Was the quietest heating/cooling system I have experienced but it still was noticeable.

the king suite with a sofa bed ,was very comfortable ,,actual was not a sofa bed but a murphy bed.(built-in bed) which the bed was very confortable also had a sofa , which made the leaving room comfortable and spacious; I liked the toilet separated from the shower , the room with a king bed very comfy as well , kitchenette included with mini fridge ,microwave and kitchenware

what I didn't like was they refused to print out the invoice ,the excuse they gave me was because I made the reservation on line ,,,, all my reservation are made on line and I always have my invoice printed .. I check out on a Sunday, I guess the receptionist didn't want to do the job
