The mattress was comfortable and the room was clean, warm, and very quiet. The Motel has a restaurant on site which is convenient, and it is located close to the centre of the city. I found the staff to be conscientious, friendly, and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. I'll be back the next time I'm in the Miramichi.

The inside of the room could have used a coat of paint in places. But that is just cosmetic and doesn't change the fact that it was a clean, quiet place to stay.

Perfect for what I needed. I was travelling for the total solar eclipse and didn't need much but they over delivered. Staff were so friendly. I messed up my booking online and they were able to fix it over the phone no problem at all. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again.

Walls could definitely use a little soundproofing. No coffee was a bummer but for the price understandable.

Clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Has a dining room which is convenient for breakfast, but for dinner there are many restaurants nearby. Access to and from the room is very easy.

Some people like to stand in the parking lot outside the window of your room. They smoke and talk loudly sometimes until quite late. I turned on my air conditioner to block the noise.

The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating . It was right in town. And it was a great price

There were no coffee pots in the rooms . But it is very easy to get coffee at nearby by coffee shops

It was fairly close to everything and it had a restaurant in it..

It didn’t have a microwave or a clock and it needed a new dresser or a table in my room that I was staying in ...other then that it was good..

The location and proximity to the bridge made it super convenient. It was easy to find and check in was a breeze. It was also really nice to be able to back in to a parking space right in front of the room door to unload bags.

The place is definitely not modern, but I knew that when booking, and to be fair, it was quaint. We didn't pay ritz prices, so we were not expecting ritz accommodations. It was a safe clean place at an affordable rate to rest our heads. As a note about staying in Borden-Carlton - nothing is open much later than 7/8 for food options, so if you arrive late be prepared to order pizza.

The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and friendly. She was helpful and we appreciated her sunny disposition and I would recommend the hotel based on our interactions with her.

The waitress in the restaurant was extremely rude, and did not deserve any tip from anyone - the way she was treating some in the restaurant, including us. We were as polite as could be, yet she was rude, dismissive, and hardly a person who should be doing that job. It was ironic given how kind the front desk person was: I would recommend against this hotel based on our interactions with that one waitress. But the food was good. Luckily at the restaurant down the street the waitress was extremely kind.

Very comfortable and welcoming - the bed was so comfortable and the comforter and pillows pretty - bright and colorful. Great value and a wonderful restful stay.

Charging $200 deposit for room but the drawers has bread ties, plastic and there was a bag of chips left there on table as well.

First person I met argued with me about payment. Charged me for the room when I had already paid online. They called in another employee who was very helpful and friendly. Pam straightened out everything.
