The location is very convenient for the border crossing to the US. The room we had was very clean and fresh - looked like it had been renovated quite recently. The motel does not have any breakfast offering, and the reception lobby is too small for it, although they do offer coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. There is not a lot of traffic on that highway, and road noise was not a problem. The price was good compared to other motels in the St Stephen area.

We were unlucky that we ended up next to people who were noisy. It sounded like a child hitting the wall regularly and the sound carried right through.

No meals included so not applicable! Stayed here several years ago and was satisfied so this year I decided to go back! The room was bigger than I remembered and very clean and well set up! We stayed 2 nights and slept very well as the bed was comfortable and the area is quiet! No rowdy guests or loud pets! It is close enough to downtown to shop for whatever your needs but far enough away to afford the peace and quiet you may need after a long day on the road!

Not all the rooms have in front of the door parking but it is not that big of a deal! Nothing more!

I loved that the hotel was in a more quiet location. It was easy to fall asleep because there was no traffic noise. The motel unit was so clean and was very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and very helpful to lead us to local restaurants that were reputable. I would definitely go back.

A muffin bar or granola bars for quick breakfast would’ve been nice.

It has been newly renovated and the units are very clean. The owner is very kind and shows you to the unit, not just hand you a key and send you on your way. Minutes from the downtown core and close to the highway to get highway 1 East. I would stay again for sure.

Needs more advertising. We got lost following the GPS, we stopped to ask for assistance and 1 person thought it had closed down.

Location was perfect ...easy to find. It was very quiet, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful owners, room was a bit small but we both liked it ..

Since the room is a bit small I would install a smaller desk to leave a space for the luggage

Wasn't happy with the room we were in #12 as it was in shared hall (corner) with #11would prefer/suggest all other rooms.

The host was amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. The area was quiet and convenient. The host gave us nearby dining options and escorted us to our room to make sure we knew how to use the TV remote and showed us where to park. We will definitely stay there again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Bed was comfortable; sheets and comforter excellent quality. Bathroom sink and tub high quality as well. Entire room - excellent taste.

No outlet in the bathroom and no easily accessible outlets in bedroom - near desk. Limited parking - not every room has its own parking place.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was bright, fresh, clean, super affordable, and exactly what we wanted and needed for a one night stay on our way through.❤️😊

The only thing that would have made our stay better was if we could have stayed in the area longer than overnight. 😊🙃

It was perfectly clean, very good beds, plenty of water, quiet. I liked the decor very much, simple and tasteful. The grounds were nice too.

The office had to be closed the morning we left, so no coffee. I thought we should get a small discount for that lack.
