Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, good location for visiting nearby town (Saint Andrew's) with much higher nightly costs for hotels.

The tv was a Roku and wouldn't connect to the server despite multiple attempts, also required you sign into your streaming accounts stating it would be erased upon departure date. It was late so didn't bother with getting the front desk involved but would prefer a regular TV with local cable service. Small issue for a one night stay.

Room itself was great, clean, including comfy mattress on bed for a good sleep after a very long drive. Located on highway but set far enough back to be quiet, sort of like a courtyard. Kudos to cordial check-in lady who waited up for us much later than we expected (Siri AI is not to be trusted!) Unexpected surprise was a continental breakfast in a really cute sunny room. Reception area has reading material (mags and books) offered for guests. Walking distance to lots of places, like DOLLARAMA and Irvings, among many more useful stores and restaurants (Five Kings Brewhouse/Restaurant has 5 Greats--menu, food, brews, service and price.) All my needs were met here, a great sleeping bed in a quiet spot.

Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. We checked in late (if you're crossing the border like we were from the US, the time zone changes!) and they were available by phone and had the room key available for us. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

Maybe a few more outlets by the bed to plug in phones, etc.

We book this room last minute, but we were satisfied with our stay. The receptionist welcomed us good and handed us extra towels before I even asked for one. The room is clean, specially the bathroom. They serve continental breakfast which is just right to start with the day. Nothing fancy, cereal, toast, coffee milk. There are lots of stores around the area.

I wish the price is a little bit lower, please add fruits to the breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We liked the location.

A better breakfast would have been nice, but, the staff person made coffee for me because there was none left AND, he let me have an English muffin, even though the breakfast time was over.

Breakfast was very basic but we are not big breakfast eaters so that did not matter to us. The room and bathroom were very clean. It reminded us of the motels we went to in our childhood where you could sit outside and enjoy the evening. Very good value for your money.

The continental breakfast could have been much better. No-name bread? Seriously? Maybe offer some fruit like Bananas and Apples, bran muffins and good quality bread could have greatly enhanced the breakfast experience.

We were not able to take advantage of the breakfast, but it looked very good and was unexpected. The bed was super comfortable. Room size great and location was perfect. Night staff was superb. Free wifi was appreciated.

Pillows were a bit too firm for my taste. Extra pillow was good for my spouse. Could have used 1 more. Tv was a bit disappointing.

Great place for a quick overnight stop while traveling.

Built before today’s technology so there aren’t as many outlets to recharge our assortment of gadgets as newer buildings have. Not a problem, just good to know what to expect.

I stay here often because it’s clean and predictable. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the location is perfect.

The rooms need updating and the quality of the free breakfast has declined, but I’m picky (OJ is not as fancy).
