Friendly and efficient desk staff. Modern, clean and ready room. Hotel close to amenities. Comfortable bed. Good pool for grandkids.

Breakfast - Included, I agree but... Everything seemed thawed and processed (Sausages, "egg bites") Tasteless. Rock hard hard boiled eggs from dubious origin. Waffles I have seen in many other places. Stopped at Tim Hortons for a bagel and coffee upon departure. Usual cereal dispensers. Much better breakfast at the Windham in Fredericton. (Freshly cooked scrambled, from liquid of course, but nevertheless Important when your hotel caters to clients passing through...)

The location is very convenient for a short overnight stop. We all had a great night sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. The room was quiet. We were traveling with a dog and the family suite was spacious so she had lots of room to move around. The staff were friendly and helpful, to the point that when we checked in the night manager asked if I would find it more convenient to be on the first floor since we were travelling with our dog. So thoughtful! The property is well taken care of and clean. (They even swept the parking lot!) We had a lovely stay

Removing coffee makers from the rooms in exchange for "....luxury coffee in the lobby..." is a poor decision. The note in the room stating that "We hope you'll enjoy this upgraded experience." is disengenuous. It appears to be a cost cutting measure at the expense of the customer's experience.

Front Desk staff, I believe Natalie was fantastic. She had excellent customer service, and Best Western is very blessed to have her. She was professional, curteous, down to earth, and she always greeted you with a smile. She never made you feel like you were an inconvenience to her when asking a question. It was clearly a pleasure for her to assist you. She's a great example to those whom she works alongside . The maintenance and housekeeping were also very pleasant. It was a joy in getting to know some of the staff. When we stayed. Would recommend this hotel to others. The pool is a little small other than that it was good.

The pool was very small yet clean.😊 The slope just off the stairs in the pool, very steep slop. I wonder if it passes safety ?

Absolutely LOVED the size of the Queen Suite with a separate room with 2 queen beds, a living area with a pull out couch and 2 club chairs, and a small kitchenette. Excellent setup for a family with a young child and older child (earlier bedtime for the youngest). Kids had a great time in the pool. Grounds were very well kept! I even saw housekeeping dusting the light shades of the sconces in the hallway! Only one thing about our stay that would have made it even better would have been a lower price. I feel the price I paid for a Sunday night was overpriced, but other than that, everything was great.

This was an overnight stop on route to the east coast. The hotel was clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. We did not use many of the facilities features as we were only there for limited time. The breakfast was good, typical, as expected.

The staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Close to the highway. The breakfast was very good. A lot of choices. They had options for dairy free, and gluten intolerant. Would stay there again when I am I the area.

As the (tired) saying goes: Location, location, location ...right off the TransCanada Highway, but not noticeable within the hotel; large & well appointed room with power-receptacle strategically located throughout and good lighting in the evening.

like practically all other sleeping facilities in North America....the lighting leaves a lot to be desired in the morning (who needs ambiance, when you're packing your stuff...lol). Anything else I may not have liked is outside the control of the hotel, thus no need to raise it here.

The hotel was nice and clean - had the best shower there after travelling for a few days! We had read reviews about the breakfast and were NOT disappointed! So much variety and everything was delicious. Perfect before a long drive. The pool was nice for our young child as well.

There were dogs on our floor and two dogs were out in the hallway barking at each other for a while. Not the hotel's fault, but just keep in mind that it's a pet friendly hotel!
