This was our 3rd stay at the Hill Road Manor B&B. 2006, 2016 & 2025. While there were different owners each visit, the B&B has not disappointed. Great location, quiet, air conditioning, clean, roomy and superb rooms. The house has history, character and charm. The bed was very comfy making for a good night's sleep. Loved the separate little tables for guests to eat their breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Instructions for gaining access to house and room were excellent.

My only complaint is that for the price of the room and breakfast in 2025, it would of been nice if they had peanut butter for my husband's toast :) and if they could of made allowance for him to have over easy eggs instead of scrambled. Just a little tweak goes a long way.

The breakfast was absolutely delightful, fresh and a splendid variety..we ended up staying 2 days because our experience was that wonderful! Robyn is a beautiful hostess, very personable and knowledgeable..the house is gorgeous and has so much character. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are extremely clean! I cannot wait to recommend this B&B to everyone and I cannot wait to return! Thanks again Robyn!

Robyn served a very delicious breakfast bagel with juice and coffee. Robyn and Spencer were very friendly and welcoming. Their manager communicated all our instructions before we arrived so we had no problem accessing our room. The room was very comfortable and the house was interesting.

Owners were friendly and accommodating. Lovely and secure part of town. Beautiful older manor house. Clean. Beautiful gardens. Really nice walking area. Good hot breakfast. Comfortable bed and plenty of nice clean towels and cloths. Will recommend to friends.

The pillows were not comfortable. It felt like there was a plastic covering inside the slips. Small consideration but important, and an easy fix.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The place was spotless. They recommended a restaurant for us to go to and it was very good. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful.

Parking was tight for a large SUV. Taking off shoes. I don't do it to other people. I do not like it done to me

Good communication with friendly helpful owners. Beautiful old home in quiet neighbourhood. Generous hot breakfast and coffee in group dining area. Owners live off site so free to utilize living room, kitchen. There are 4 or 5 bedrooms upstairs.

Nothing to dislike. Bedrooms are upstairs and old creaky floors and doors make for some noise. steep stairs up. You may have a neighbour in the room next to you but most have ensuite plumbing.

The house was a lovely place with some common space. It was in a nice neighborhood and walking distance of a nice community park. The house was quiet and breakfast was excellent.

I was crazy with our bathroom not being connected to our room even though I knew that was the case.

The room was very nice - super clean and comfy bed and pillows - bathroom was right next door - very clean and just for our use - breakfast in the morning was outstanding - the staff (owners?) were very friendly and helpful - the house was very pretty!

Great breakfast, very friendly and responsive staffs. Living room has a lot of thoughful vintage items. Would love to stay a little longer to enjoy the sunshine.

The air conditioner is a little noisy during the night
