The absolute best food! Their breakfasts were amazing. And not your typical continental or buffet. Loved that you order off the menu. Their orange juice was the best orange juice we've ever had. Their deepfried picked were the absolute best we've ever had. Good coffee. Just everything about the food was GREAT. The service was wonderful and always fast, smiling and friendly no matter how busy. The rooms were clean and getting house keeping daily was awesome without having to request it! That was one of my favorite things. Will absolutely stay again and again. Wonderful experience.

Could use better highchairs. Need bigger and better pillows. The room could use a bit of a paint touch-up in the bathroom we had.

The staff at both the hotel reception and restaurant were very friendly and sought to accommodate all of our requests. The Hotel is well run and offers a very good experience on the top floor rooms and a motel style experience on the main floor rooms, adjacent to parking lots.

Breakfast was included in the price of the room, but the system is through a voucher that limits your order to one item on the first page of the menu. It would be nice if you could enjoys any item on the menu without a requirement to top up the cost if you choose from page two. Customer enjoying an included breakfast should only have to cover a tip for the staff.

Great location. The town is walkable and close to good restaurants. The staff honored my request for a first floor room to accommodate our older dog. The room was clean.

The center of the bed seemed a little worn, as we found ourselves at the middle of the mattress during the night. Also, this dog-friendly hotel doesn't allow dogs on the outside patio, but there is a very dog-friendly bistro down the street with excellent food and staff.

Room seemed recently renovated and reasonably clean. Bed & bedding was very comfortable. The dining room was quite nice and breakfast was very good.

We noticed some noisy running in the units above but it did stop at a reasonable time so not too disruptive. Some attention could be given to more thorough dusting and corner vacuuming in carpeted area and corner scrubbing in bathroom around fixtures. I was not impressed when using the washroom facilities for the dining room. It could definitely use a thorough cleaning. Hopefully this area is planned to be renovated soon.

I had already booked this room when I read some of the bad reviews and wondered what I had done. But after staying there, I doubt that the ones who made the bad reviews had stayed there at all. Rooms were clean, updated. Staff was great. Breakfast was beyond what I expected. It was a great stay. I would stay there again.

I did not like the containers for the shampoo and conditioner. Too hard to squeeze. That is not very much to complain about.

Rooms were excellent size - very large! Front desk staff were very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Easy location to walk to restaurants and proximity to St.FX. Breakfast in restaurant was great!

Room and furniture are looking a little tired - could definitely use an update. No door on sink side of the bathroom - only on the "water closet" which makes for light disturbance if someone is up at night.

Good location, easy check in, nice room

The service was awful in the dining room. 3 of us ate, the food was really good. Our waitress never came back, didn’t offer us another drink , nor refill our water. Someone else finally cleared our dirty plates, we asked for a bill, waited another 15 minutes for that. Not good!

Clean, well located hotel. Has a nice outside dining area with wood fired pizza along with several other dishes offered at the inside restaurant.

Wasn't an issue personally however take note there is no elevator which could make heavier luggage to upper floor a chore.

The location and Main St Cafe. The manager and staff were kind enough to do some laundry for us since the town experienced a power outage and the local laundromat had no power for us to do our own laundry. That was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this Inn.

The main floor public bathrooms were in poor condition. They need deep cleaning and repainting

Helpful staff, large comfortable room, convenient free parking. It was nice that a great breakfast with individual choices prepared upon order with excellent service was included. We also appreciated that our dog was welcome to stay in our room for a reasonable additional fee.

Increased attention to bathroom cleaning.
