The hotel is located not far from the road but is very well soundproofed. It's a 3-minute drive from the city center. We were on the 313 facing the parking - it was quiet. The lounge, and dinner area were so nice. The space is super well-appointed. The laundry, the gym, and the pool are all very clean. The staff and the welcome are warm and friendly. 10! Perfect! And if you want have an amazing diner at night. Make a reservation (don’t forget) at : The Townhouse. Omg so good.

This Hotel is only 3 years old and so everything was clean and fresh and new. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good (aside from the eggs and hash browns) especially the bacon and sausages. The room was quiet all the time and so was very pleasant to spend time in. The staff were wonderful to deal with.

The room had two queen beds but only one office chair and no table or small couch. We ate breakfast in the room so it was awkward to find a suitable place to eat. The towels were only to be changed every three days which I feel is not reasonable - I requested fresh ones and the staff immediately brought some up however.

The room was good, and the beds were clean. Breakfast was also good. It has your typical bacon eggs hasbrowns and sausages along with muffins, cereal, and bagels. Have stayed before and had a waffle station. Has now been replaced with a pancake maker.

I could tell the room hadn't been rented for some time due as the shower was showing signs of mold"pink" along the seams. Also, I'm not sure what the splatter on the curtains was. I only saw this when I went to look out my window. The restaurant that was within the hotel, the food had great flavor, but it took over an hour to get 3 sandwiches that were served with potato chips. The phillysteak was dry, and the panini were both cold. I would say these were made before my daughter quesadilla as she stated hers was warm. Would have been better off going to the pizza shop next door!

Convenient on-line check in and out. Helpful front desk staff & manager. Nicely designed, clean room and comfortable beds. Lovely pool and nice gym with lots of equipment. Good breakfast option, fantastic on-site breakfast staff assisting visitors. Thanks for the gluten free bread and fresh fruit!

Bathroom floor required attention. Kudos to the front desk staff who shared my comments with the manager who followed up by email. Great customer service experience.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the check-in process was smooth though we arrived almost at 11 pm. The location was very close to highway, yet still quiet. Breakfast was okay with the interesting pancake machine.

Would be great if there are more restaurant options within walking distance (cause we had a difficult time finding food at a late check-in time) but totally understandable given its location's proximity to highway.

Breakfast was good. It appeared very neat and tidy around the building. Nice restaurant/bar area with good food and friendly staff. Easy to find the location.

There could've been a bit of variety in the bed pillows - they were all huge! Something a bit thinner would have been more comfortable for me personally. We did find a bit of dirt/junk behind the cushion at the window bench - cleaners should take a quick peek here. Other than that room was clean.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and the staff very helpful. My husband forgot his driver's license at the front desk and the desk clerk called our room about it. She found it on the floor. Thank you so much!

It was difficult trying to find the hotel. We exited at the wrong turn off and it was difficult to find it. Spent quite a bit of time driving around and then asking someone how to get there.

my favourite part about the property was hands down the incredible people that work there! i would like to recognize Maggie and Jill at reception and Tesla in housekeeping!! These folks were so kind, helpful and absolute sweethearts! They made my stay exceptional!

The excessive noice from the sports teams. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed in a meaningful way!!! They act like they own the place with crazy partying and excessive noice blatant disregard for any other guests and there is no consequences for them. please fix this problem

Being pet friendly was a major bonus, loved to personal interactions with staff. The treat bag for our furbaby was such a nice touch. Easy accessible parking. Close access to the highway. And we loved the window seat in our room.

The room was a bit on the smaller side but it was still very comfortable and clean.

The hotel was was easy to find and served a wonderful breakfast in the morning. staffcwere helpful when I asked if they could order us a pizza from The Wheel because I am deaf.

no dislikes.. be careful.though if you have dogs.. we saw a skunk outside when going to get something from the car in the evening.😅
