I always enjoy my breakfast. The staff are very friendly. They remember me from my many stays at the Glengarry.
I enjoy the privacy of the suites. But they are getting tired. For the money one pays. I think they should be given a good refresh. Wallpaper peeling , door jams that look like they were kicked in. I’m not complaining just stating we pay a lot for privacy. The room should resemble the price. The staff location of the hotel and it’s my home town

Room was clean hotel was quiet and beds were comfortable.Staff was very kind. The biscuits we had on the first morning with the free breakfast was delicious only wish they were available for the next morning and it was a great idea having someone cooking fresh omelets for anyone who wanted them and how they wanted them.
There should be fans in the washroom the hot tub needs to be replaced Only a few jets were working and one part of the flooring near the wall controls for the hot tub should be fixed before someone goes through it.Some of the breakfast food (taters)was barely warm on both mornings we were there.I would offer a choice of meats besides sausage possibly bacon or ham slices.

Nice place. No complaints. The outdoor courtyard area even had some simple yard games to play, if you wanted. Seemed to be very clean and "grand" -- large, open, brightly lit areas; lots of shiny floors and walls. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, as I thought it would be, like, muffins 'n stuff. Nope! They even had a customizable, freshly made omelet station. All kinds of different toppings for your oatmeal -- almonds, granola, muselli, etc.
I didn't like that my room was in a building separate from the main building, and I had to walk to and fro. I think that's more of a "me" problem though, as I am super lazy and don't like to do anything that doesn't involve sitting. Came across as having a dormitory-like arrangement. Not really a problem, I'm a heckin' lazy person, is all.

good location. good breakfast Excellent comfort in the bed. i had enough towels, and the housekeeping staff were good, one of them helped open my door as I was struggling with my suitcases.
the air conditioner was loud, but it kept the room at the perfect temperature. It was a heat wave when I was there. My meal at the restaurant was disappointing: I ordered the butter chicken which had only 3 pieces of chicken and a bowl of sauce. The naan bread and pappadom were excellent but the rice was tasteless and there weren't any vegetables, which was a huge disappointment. None of the restaurant staff smiled and they all seemed unhappy with the notable exception of the omelet chef. I found the decor, which is very modern and on trend, quite depressing. Too dark, even with the lights on.

Beds were very comfortable. amazing breakfast. Super friendly staff, elevators. Visitors to the area should no that most businesses and restaurants close at 8:00 pm. Restaurant in the hotel closes at 9:00.
Limited options for dinner in the onsite restaurant. Pool only had ladders, not steps to get into and out of. I think there is concept art on the website (both booking, com and the hotel’s own) because there is not an outdoor pool onsite. No channel guide in room for the TV and many of the channels weren’t a part of their subscription. A little hard to find following GPS.

They had a pool and a big back yard. Guest are able to play outdoor games, relax at one of the Picknick tables or use the indoor pool.
The elevators seemed old. Not sure how to explain it best, but let’s say I preferred using the stairs. Elevator was slow I was so much quicker using the stairs. 2nd floor. When coming from staircase or out of elevator the little foyer was super hot. I’m thinking because of the ice machine

The staff as usual are the best. We had a little hiccup in the suite . The staff took care of it promptly. It was handled with care and kindness. I was given another room till the problem was solved. Then moved into another suite the next day.
That I didn’t notice that there was a light bulb burnt out when they moved us to the new suite. Told them at check out. Also we wished there had been bacon on the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the sausage’s but bacon would have been a nice change.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Shout out to the manager who offered solutions to a problem we had with the room. The room was a good size with a kitchenette that included a hot plate, clean dishes and cutlery, a fridge, sink etc. Well decked out. It all looked nice and tidy.
Children running up and down the outside hallway at 7AM shouting and their dog barking while the family was having breakfast. No elevator in the 2 floor building and we had a lot of luggage.

For a budget hotel off the highway, this exceeded our expectations in room quality and cleanliness. Everything was newly updated and felt very new for an older motel style hotel. Clean rooms and beds. The restaurant was an unexpected treat. The food quality and value was amazing for dinner. Hot breakfast was excellent. Extra special thanks to Manas, the fellow who checked us in. The customer service was excellent. We will stay here if ever in the area again. We would highly recommend this hotel.
