The location was perfect. The room was nice. Glad for the AC!!! Breakfast was good.

The bed was too hard, my back was killing me! When I went to check out there was only one girl working the desk and there were lots of people waiting. Some just wanted breakfast tickets and were getting impatient. Others were checking out and weren't making it simple. One wanted to pay cash. Another wanted to rebook for next year. It was taking waaayyy too long. I felt bad for the girl working. Maybe think of some better arrangement or do away with the breakfast tickets. That was weird. Never had to do that before at a hotel. People were wandering around and getting annoyed. Interrupting the girl, thinking they were more important because they just wanted to go to breakfast....

From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the entire hotel was evident. The lobby, bathrooms, and our room were mostly spotless. I felt very safe during my stay, and the staff made sure I was well catered to throughout. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a fantastic fresh-made omelet station that added a special touch to the morning. Overall, my stay at Glengarry Extended Stays was well worth it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of accommodations in Truro.

Only a minor bit of debris in the corner of the shower, however, wasn't that big issue.

I drove up to what looked like a little motel outside and wasn’t expecting much when I got inside, but it was a beautiful room, with more amenities than most hotel rooms

. You had to walk to the main building for ice, which was located on the second . Walk up busking again for breakfast and I was surprised there was no bacon or sausage instead there were chicken strips. The omelettes, however, made up for it. They were amazing.

Staff were very helpful and I was able to check in earlier because I had a bad headache, Thank you for that. Rooms had a lot to offer big walking shower kitchen area with microwave, fridge and dishes etc. big TV and comfortable beds lots of pillows. Clean too

Lots of noise outside and parking was full when I arrived back to my room making it difficult to find a place to park.

The breakfast buffet was a welcomed added bonus. Good quality, EXCELLENT staff attention and friendliness.

Suggest some information sheet(s) be placed in room regarding internal telephone extensions for this location. Also a sheet with tv instructions and channel listings would be helpful. We needed assistance and it was a rapid response, but required a couple of return visits by maintenance staff to replace faulty equipment and provide instructions for the dual remotes required.

Excellent breakfast buffet, clean room, spacious. Plants of parking, convenient to highway, restaurants, etc.

Kitchen facilities in extended stay unit were pretty sparse… single burner, 2 small pans, one sharp knife. Only 2 chairs for up to 4 people in the room.

The locations was good and the room was very comfortable. The shower was great although barely enough towels and the conditioner supplied was empty. The area was quiet so we got a good nights sleep.

The price was nearly twice what was quoted and we were told at night the dog would be $15 and then we were charged $20 the next day. Apparently Booking.com uses a completely different web login for the hotel and she had trouble finding it - so I waited. Also I was told I had to use the credit card I listed and could not opt to pay Debit instead. Not happy with those surprises.

The entire staff were EXTREMELY friendly, kind, and eager to please. Always smiling, we felt very special and taken care of. Great, great staff. Their positive energy was welcomed and was a pleasant surprise. This type of work ethic and attitude isn't as common anymore so it was wonderful.

The shower was either hot hot or cold cold, or off. No happy medium. Also, the ice machine being in the main building only, and on the second floor.

Good breakfast and good location. The shower was awesome, The TV was different for me being a little hard to turn on at first

The breakfast was good, travelling with a pet so needed to take breakfast back to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. I forgot a piece of clothing in closet a the Glengarry found it and held it until I was able to pick it up.

The weather was raining the morning I left and the steps to the room were wet an very slippery. The steps need anti-slip surface put on steps.
