Noisy hitel guest partying until 2 am on a Thursday evening. After letting the front desk know at midnight . It continued for a longer period of time until 2pm I'm not impressed !! I have stayed in this hotel 3 previous times but have never had the issues I did this visit. Room cleanliness by room attendants was not done correctly .we had to call the front desk to have it redone. Items like shower gel,conditioner, and hand soap were almost empty.and we had to call to have them refilled.after they checked and already cleaned the room.

I like that there is a restaurant on site. We had our evening meal there, and it was very good. My husband had a burger and onion rings, and really enjoyed it. My mother and I each had a half order of nachos; she had chicken and I had pulled pork with jalapeños and black olive- delicious 😋 and good portions ! My dad was a bit disappointed with his ribs and veggies, but ate it all. He thought the ribs were a bit over cooked and the veggies not cooked enough. An older person- I myself like firm undercooked vegetables (?) Lovely Waitress ! Also nice that breakfast is included. Good variety to choose from.

The television system is rather confusing. Would be nice to just turn on the TV and watch channels !! And the bathroom facilities are way too small. You really need to improve the scrambled eggs in the morning. Way to dry. Add some milk and make them fluffy when whipping them up or at least add some liquid to the steam bowl to keep them moist in the Steam table.

Overall, this hotel even exceeded the expectations I had when I came here for this price. Both the outside and the inside are quite presentable and clean. Nice people are working here. The counter is open at night too. There is coffee, tea and water in the room and in the lobby(free). A computer with free internet and a magazine of attractions around near it. A small mobile website of this hotel with a QR-code is well done(in photos). The room was nicer and more comfortable than I expected. There is a bar here with general alcohol options, and the food and drink menu for ordering on the table or in the room, and it's quiet big. There are also a couple of vending machines here. What I also really liked is that you can use the pool and the gym. They are not very big but more than enough for a hotel stay. Several conference rooms and a small outdoor seating area just before the buffet.

(1) I was a little disappointed by the small selection of food for breakfast. Overall, it's not a big deal, the omelet and potatoes with bacon and sausages are normal and tasty, plus there is a lot of dessert for tea and coffee, but having gotten used to more in previous countries, I expected more from this hotel. (2) Everything is great in the room, but the drawers look very old inside. With stains that could have at least been covered with something like tablecloths(in photos). (3) I haven't figured out how to use the local air conditioner normally. It seems like I did everything right and it reacted correctly, but it felt like there wasn't enough air in the room, or it was hotter than the screen showed, so I had a little issue to sleep normally during the stay.

This is a pleasant hotel, with helpful staff. We actually arrived before check in time but couldn't check in early as the receptionist said it was not possible until it was confirmed the room was available. Breakfast was good. Plates for hot food were filled by a serving person but any requests for more or less of a product were handled with no problems. A supermarket was a short walk away.

The bathroom had a bath/shower and toilet and the wash basin was in the main room.

Our favorite thing is going to a place that has a pool. (Mainly for our grandson 💙) I have been going to this hotel for many years 20+, when it was called 'Keddys' The new ownership has done lovely renovations. And the breakfast which is included is definitely a plus; and the dining room is nice. It is wonderful to have a microwave in the room as well, especially when you are one who needs to reheat her coffee 😊, but also for popcorn to go with an evening movie. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Towels were available at the pool, even though most of us had taken our own. But, when we left my grandsons behind, they were able to locate it for us - thank you to the staff !!

The pool area was a bit chilly 😬 but the water temperature was good. It would be nice to have a little slide for the kiddos, down at the deep end ! Also, another access ladder on the side for less experienced swimmers to get to quicker if they get tired. The hot tub was out of order still, that was disappointing especially since it was cool when you got out of the pool . Thankful for the shower 🚿 there though. There was really no place to hang wet bathing suits in the bathroom; a rack or couple of hooks might be a good addition ! The bathroom was very small, tight quarters.

breakfast was excellent with full service the room was great with very comfortable beds , I had stayed the night before in Halifax at the Hampton inn at Hilton home suites and the stay at Inn on Prince Hotel was a lot better and better in quality and service, will defiantly be staying here again when visiting central Nova scotia

Comfortable room at a good price, friendly staff, plenty of parking, good information about local attractions.

Two beds but only a single chair. There should be at least some non-bed seating for every person the room can accomodate. Also, the bench for propping up the suitcase was too small and right at the entrance/near the washroom - which was not practical. Limited options at breakfast for vegans / vegetarians.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The property was really clean and well kept. The morning breakfast was really great and had lots of options for adults and children. The pool is heated and the gym was kept really clean. On site laundry was an amazing extra while travelling with kids.

The dinner service at the hotel restaurant is very slow. The food is decent but slow, so you need to plan for this if you have kids. The hot tub and steam room were out of order so unfortunately couldn't use those facilities.

The breakfast was awesome - the whole family loved it. There was a large variety of hot and cold food options with fresh fruit cups and fruit and muffins to go. We also loved the fitness area and pool and our beds were very comfortable. We brought our large dog and they gave us a little welcome bag for her with a roll of poop bags, dog treats, and a ball. We were on the bottom floor to allow easy access to go out the back door to take the dog out and they had garbage cans outdoors for convenience. Overall, a great stay!

The pool could have been more clean - found hair in it and the water did not look fresh. But, we still swam and had fun.

The location was really convenient, and the room was very nice. fully stocked with shampoo, soap, coffee, and it included a microwave and a mini fridge!

the layout kinda felt like a maze, and the elevator was always backed up and it would go down to the basement level before going up, which caused more delays:( but these things aren’t really in their control so I wouldn’t hold it against them!
