Loved the location of the property, the cineplex is directly behind it so we were able to enjoy a movie. There’s also a Needs by it so when we needed milk was right there. The property had a really nice pool and water slide. Beds were also very comfy and our room (family suite) was a good size.

The property was great, it could have been a bit more clean (upon arrival there was a wrapper under the couch, you could tell the Kleenex box holder in the bathroom could have used a wipe down along with some other things, etc) but all in all was a good property!

Everything was great except the pool and hot tub were overcrowded for most of our stay. There were children's birthday parties there though so understandable. We still did manage to use the hot tub in the evening so it was fine. The back door to the building did not lock the which was a little reason for concern. When mentioned to stuff they did say it was already being looked into. All in all great stay.

My son absolutely loved the pool, and mama liked the hot tub. I could watch him from it. Pool and slide are perfect for kids. Room was pretty clean. I’m a professional cleaner so noticed ceiling light could use attention due to fly droplets as well as baseboard in bathroom. However I also understand some staff in hotels don’t always pay attention to them detailing. Staff at main desk were friendly and very clear on the rules (I respect them) however it is not allowed to bring any beverages into the pool in sealed cups. (I’m trying to relax here) but I understand not everyone is responsible enough to do so. My son and spouse said breakfast was great. It’s such easy access off the highway. Perfect stop along the travels. We definitely will stay here again when needing to stop in the area.

The location, I parked, walked in, short trip to 2nd floor room. My husband was on crutches, so that was awesome. They had breakfast for us. And front desk staff were very professional. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash in shower. Hospital close by, 5 minutes as I was going for early morning tests. They have a pool also. Coffee in room also.

Can't think of one thing I'd complain about. We travel frequently. I found food and coffee close by. Shopping, etc.

The family room was amazing, lots of room for our family of 7, the waterslide was super fun for the kids and the included breakfast got us going for the day.

The wifi/smart tv wasn't working properly with our computer, but we weren't really there to watch tv, so it wasn't a big deal. The king bed in the family room was super soft, but a harder bed is just a personal preference.

Loved the easy check in, the guy at the reception was amazing, great room, very worn out though. Breakfast was great, everything was amazing. It was just a 5 mins drive to the downtown and other eateries. The heritage site is just 5 mins walk away.

Updating the room would be great. Or a fresh paint.

very clean, staff are very friendly and the pool is perfect for kids, it has slides which makes it so much fun for the kids they enjoyed a lot. Breakfast is good, lots to choose from and pancake was perfect,loved it.

Extremely clean facility and easy to access off the highway

This was my first stay at a Super 8 and I am not sure if all Super 8 locations are the same but this location just looks tired and dated . The bed was super uncomfortable and the box spring squeaked when moving in the bed

Swimming pool was the best! Kids loved it. It is a small pool but has a great water slide. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was not large, but for the price, it was satisfying.

The hallway didn't smell so pleasant. The rooms were okay though.

Very welcoming staff with comfortable and clean beds and rooms. Quiet location. Good complimentary breakfast with options for the whole family. Pool and water slide were well maintained and clean. Would recommend for a family stay.
