We really enjoyed the resort. It was clean, staff was friendly, the scenery is amazing . Our granddaughter loved the pool and the playground

This is a minor point. When we were checking in the young girl on the desk was very friendly and helpful. After giving us the keys and directions to our room I asked if breakfast was included the next morning. ( I had forgotten from the booking info) . Her reply was " no, not at the price you are paying" . A simple "sorry, no" would have been preferred. It made us feel like we were beggars looking for something for nothing. Like I said .. it is a minor point and she is just young and learning. All other aspects of her service ( and everyone else we dealt with) was great. Just that 1 line.

This is is our third time staying at Dundee Resort and it is has been a consistently good experience every time. Rooms are clean and well appointed, mattresses are comfortable and the restaurant has good food regardless of which meal you are there for. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating.

We had a third floor room this visit and I wasn’t crazy about that, as there are no elevators. It was a minor thing to deal with in exchange for all of the great things this place has to offer.

Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. It was large and the bed was very comfortable. But most of the staff were extremely friendly. The housekeeping staff were amazing.

There are a few updates that are required. Also there seems to be some turmoil and the restaurant. The coffee was too weak and we told our server. She said that others have complained but the new manager said it was fine. So we paid $5.50 for 2 cups of weak coffee. But that was only on the day that the new restaurant manager was there. And the new owners from Texas need to know that we should be able to buy a bottle of Nova Scotia wine at a resort in Nova Scotia! It's our last night here and we're drinking wine for Australia.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. It takes awhile to get to along the lake but there are signs along the way assuring you that you're headed the right way.

I went with a friend. The rooms.were nice, but we found an odd smell during the AC running through the night. Kids also running around above us in room for awhile at night. Not a big deal for us but might be for anyone who likes to head to bed early.

ASKED IF POSSIBLE TO HAVE WATER SIDE ROOM ON ARRIVAL AND THE CLERK STATED ROOMS ARE ALREADY ASSIGNED ...PERIOD .DIDNT OFFER TO CHECK NOR CHANGE . DECK VERY SKETCHY .. SIGN ON CHECK IN DESK SAID DINING ROOM CLOSED ON WED ... WALKED TO CLUBHOUSE TO BE TOLD THATS FALSE AND THEN WALKED BACK TO DINING ROOM AND IT WAS OPEN/ FOOD VERY MEDIOCRE FOR PRICE

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were nice. When we first got there our air conditioner was making extremely loud noises, but they sent a repair man right away. He eventually had to just change out the unit for a new one. That was the only annoying thing having to wait for him to fix it. We felt the housekeeping staff should have caught that, not a guest.

We stayed in cottage #40 and it had everything we needed. The bed and pullout was comfortable, it was nice and clean inside, great deck to sit on with a view of the water. We dined at the restaurant for dinner one evening, the food was delicious and our waiter Keith was attentive and funny. We both enjoyed our stay and will return!

Location, nice restaurants, comfortable bed. I was just here overnight so can’t really comment on many if the facilities but by first blush appearance, the pol, golf course and grounds al, seemed well maintained.

There was nothing I disliked. Everything was comfortable and clean in my room though I thought its appearance was dated and would benefit from a renovation in the near future. Lovely spacious room however.

We stayed in one of the cottages which was great and a bit more private. The food at the restaurant was good but a bit pricey on some of the dishes.

Unfortunately, we had to move cottages mid-stay (not the fault of the resort), and the couch in the second cottage was not very comfortable compared to the couch we had in the previous cottage.

It's in a perfect spot. Gorgeous view from our patio. Perfect for sunset from the swimming pool terrace. We didn't eat here or play golf, but it was perfect, comfortable, clean, and friendly service!! Two weddings going on, but they were quiet at 11pm.
