The staff were helpful and professional. The hotel was conveniently located with easy parking.

The breakfast situation was chaotic which was in no way due to the staff on duty. A guest queue formed waiting for tables to become vacant. Pre booked hot plates were presented to guests awaiting seats whilst other guests sat at the table on their phones having finished eating. A suggestion for the hotel management would be to pre allocate slots when guests book in and avoid these problems. This system works well in European hotels

We were pleasantly surprised by how good the room was - very clean, large, and quiet. And, it was extremely close to and easy to get to the Yarmouth/Bar Harbor "CAT" Ferry. The greatest surprise was the breakfast; liked having good, hot eggs and sausage (cooked to order) along with all the other "continental-style" choices for breakfast. And the staff - both night desk clerk and the two men working the breakfast & check-out were great!

Room was very clean, well appointed. Breakfast was tasty and quickly served (the hot meal part). Other various choices were readily available. Coffee was excellent.

There wasn't anything that was disagreeable.

The beds were very comfortable, and the made-to-order breakfast was excellent. The best feature of this motel was the staff, who (from check-in to breakfast service) provided outstanding and friendly assistance.

The exterior of the motel is a little dated, but inside is much better than the outside leads one to expect!

Helpful staff and location was good for our plans

Quite a bit of noise at night. Other guests seem to be gathering and shouting to each other in the hall outside our room pretty late into the night.

It was extremely clean, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved the personalized hot breakfast. The beds were amazing.

I had to leave😮‍💨it was time to go. Would have been nice to have the breakfast end time be 10 instead of 9 and a BestWestern shuttle to halifax

Room was big. Got one with a kitchenette. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, great coffee choices, a lot of variety to choose from. Breakfast staff was excellent, very helpful and super friendly.

The t.v. didn't have a lot of choices. That is probably the only thing I didn't like.

Clean and great location near the ferry for morning departure. Made to order breakfast. Staff very friendly.

Area didn’t offer much besides fast food in dinner choices

Breakfast was very good. Very helpful, friendly staff who were helpful with directions. Great location if using the ferry. The place was clean. Would recommend when traveling through the area to stay here.

Everything was clean. We were pleasantly surprised to have cooking facilities in our room as well as the microwave. Very pleasant for the one night that we stayed. Breakfast was amazing and the staff couldn't be any more helpful.
