Great location! The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, Hanna was wonderful! Housekeeping staff were excellent, quick to get me anything I needed. Breakfast was good and there’s an excellent selection of snacks for purchase. Very clean and the beds were comfortable.

I found it a bit noisy, folks just letting the doors slam close and you can hear the guests above you walking around. I was unsure if it was the floor or if they were heavy footed. Then I noticed it also in my own suite, if you didn’t tip toe around it’s quite loud. Firmer pillows would be great.

Clean and beautiful you can’t go wrong in choosing this place, breakfast is delicious specially their bread they have two options gluten free and regular bread. Awesome. I love how they have this shampoo dispenser that feels like they didn’t scrimped you-in.

It seems like when we were there for two nights the television signal keeps searching and searching so I can’t watch continuously. I just have to turn it off and not watch at all.

The location was perfect,they could have offered fresh fruit with breakfast , other than that it was good.

All the taxes were added daily as well as the room.We stayed 6 days and price changed daily.The receipt showed the daily price.I have never seen a receipt that was itemized that way.

Location… close to mariners center

I liked everything except soap / shampoo dispensers in the washroom. They were squeeze to dispense type Ok for younger people but for seniors with not as much strength in their hands … me for one, it was very difficult to squeeze dispenser enough to get product.

The great location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was small, and basic amenities were missing. I also had to track down the lady who's set up the breakfast to get her to bring out the milk for the cereal. The service was slow, and there was a lot of missing food. Very poor service for the breakfast.

I like the size of the room for handicapped… two queen size is excellent with lots of space to move around the wheelchair. It is a no non-sense room arrangement and placement of the furnitures. Thank you so much. I wish all the handicapped rooms in your hotels are all like this one in Yarmouth… Love the staff and the food is just right. Just right for the things people needs basically. No hypes, no frills. Thank you.

Breakfast and especially the coffee

The young ladies could not seem to get the coding right on our keys to our room. For some reason only one of the two keys worked we tried received new ones and again same problem. Only one key worked. I course gave up and just use the one key that worked. lol.

There was a line to check in because the girl was not there. She definitely needed some help. Was not offered water and frankly wasn't too friendly. This was probably due to her being overwhelmed because she was by herself. Never leave a young woman by herself at night. Shame on you.

Not Hilton's fault but Yarmouth is dead on a Sunday night. Nothing but mediocre fast food restaurants.

I like the vibe of this hotel. I like that it is new and clean and stylish. I like the location. The beds were super comfortable. I would recommend going to Honeybees Restaurant just outside of Yarmouth!

I didn't like that the front desk employee was obviously sick (although she said she wasn't) It would have been nice to have a hot tub.

New hotel. Colourfully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff. Lots of breakfast options. The location is ok if you have a car. There is a good family type restaurant next door but no food aside from convenience store candy, cookies , chips, pop, energy drink type stuff at the hotel. There is free coffee and tea available which is a nice touch. With the convenience store model, it would be nice if they sold beer, coolers etc.
