Clean and beautiful you can’t go wrong in choosing this place, breakfast is delicious specially their bread they have two options gluten free and regular bread. Awesome. I love how they have this shampoo dispenser that feels like they didn’t scrimped you-in.

It seems like when we were there for two nights the television signal keeps searching and searching so I can’t watch continuously. I just have to turn it off and not watch at all.

I like the size of the room for handicapped… two queen size is excellent with lots of space to move around the wheelchair. It is a no non-sense room arrangement and placement of the furnitures. Thank you so much. I wish all the handicapped rooms in your hotels are all like this one in Yarmouth… Love the staff and the food is just right. Just right for the things people needs basically. No hypes, no frills. Thank you.

Breakfast and especially the coffee

The young ladies could not seem to get the coding right on our keys to our room. For some reason only one of the two keys worked we tried received new ones and again same problem. Only one key worked. I course gave up and just use the one key that worked. lol.

There was a line to check in because the girl was not there. She definitely needed some help. Was not offered water and frankly wasn't too friendly. This was probably due to her being overwhelmed because she was by herself. Never leave a young woman by herself at night. Shame on you.

Not Hilton's fault but Yarmouth is dead on a Sunday night. Nothing but mediocre fast food restaurants.

I like the vibe of this hotel. I like that it is new and clean and stylish. I like the location. The beds were super comfortable. I would recommend going to Honeybees Restaurant just outside of Yarmouth!

I didn't like that the front desk employee was obviously sick (although she said she wasn't) It would have been nice to have a hot tub.

New hotel. Colourfully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff. Lots of breakfast options. The location is ok if you have a car. There is a good family type restaurant next door but no food aside from convenience store candy, cookies , chips, pop, energy drink type stuff at the hotel. There is free coffee and tea available which is a nice touch. With the convenience store model, it would be nice if they sold beer, coolers etc.

Stay was comfortable. Nice that breakfast was included, was not even aware of that when I booked. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

The location wasn't that great. Close to ferry but very much a commercial harbor so not much in the way of beauty in the surroundings.

It was very close to where we needed to be. It offered an excellent free breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom products were very nice. There was a clean pool and gym(we wish we had more time to use). The best part of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. My kids felt and were treated like they were just as important as my mother and I.

It’s too far from my house to visit more often.

There is much to like about the hotel. The breakfast is incredible. Te rooms are very clean. The staff is awesome. The pool and water slide are very fun.

The cable TV service was bad. It was slow and awkward to use. No premium movie stations and the TV guide was wrong half the time. Also we like a firm mattress but it was too soft for us.

The look of the hotel and how staff made it an enjoyable stay. Loved the room it was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable.

Loved the hotel but the fact that we found a few toenail clippings on the floor in our room means it was not properly swept and washed. When checking out I had mentioned it, and the staff member took some money off, which is okay, but I hope this does not happen again...not very sanitary.
