Apt with kitchen and single bed. VERY spacious. Good outfitting. Full-size modern fridge , freezer, ice maker and range with electric oven. Very quiet overall (only one neighbour which is other flat). Good darkness. Strong hot water. Good bathroom.

Lots of cutlery but cookware very barebones. Good thing we pack lots of stuff. No coffee machine (but water boiler). Bed too high and soft…. As every motel. Outside private area very bleak and useless.

We had the 1 bedroom suite, the kitchen was nice. Liked the built-in ice maker on the fridge. Water pressure in the shower was good..backyard area was cute, and private.couch was comfy.

pullout bed is not comfortable at all. The actual bed is sleepable but very firm. The bedroom wall with the neighbor was a bit thin a.d could hear neighbors in the morning.

Locations was key, 5 minute drive to the Ferry, 20 minute walk to great Restaurants. The staff was pleasant to work with and and they were able to give us a room on our return trip the following Friday without making a reservation.

No Air Conditioning - should be noted on their website and be noted when viewing the property thru Bookings. com. They provided fans and the nighttime conditions were on the cooler side.

Fantastic location to catch the ferry in the morning. Breakfast opens early enough to allow for plenty of time to make it. Our room was clean and large (2 queens).

We went at the peak of summer, so the room was a little warm, even with the windows open. Perhaps if AC is not available, more fans can be provided (there was a ceiling fan).

Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely convenient location to ferry, the lighthouse, and highway. Great night's sleep! A quiet and comfortable place to sleep.

I wish there had been covers for the coffee cups so I could have taken some with me. Because the coffee was excellent.

We loved our room - clean and spacious. We appreciated the hot breakfast both mornings we were there. It was delicious with generous portions of eggs and bacon (bacon enough for both of us and several pieces for our dog!).

Some street noise from our room which was closer to the road. Other than that, it was a wonderful room and stay!

The room has two windows with Venetian blinds. One of them was stuck in the up position, the other was stuck in the down position. I was told the owner "didn't buy the type with cords". What a bizarre decision then!!

From stepping into the front door, we were enchanted. The property is very attractive and after we left today, my husband commented that we had failed to take a picture. The face of the property Suzanne, a truly delightful woman whose bubbly demeanor was very welcome after a long drive. Suzzane knows the property and the wonderful seaport of Falmouth. Our room, #6, was pretty much what we had hoped for. Cheerful and good sized, with a comfy bed and a co &mplete bathroom. The B & B is well situated in the town. There is a salon on the property in case you require a "manni pedi". We enjoyed our "hot breakfast" each morning. Once outside, where we met the nicest couple, who shared some great recommended travel tips, and once indoors in the lovely breakfast room. The fact that our eggs were scrambled perfectly was not lost on us. You will enjoy your stay at the B&B or the adjacent motel.

From the beginning, it felt as though there is too much furniture in the room. I may need to be rearranged or perhaps the scale is not quite right. Not a big deal, but a an artist, I wanted to fix it.

Staff member grumpy. Gave me a key to front door for late entry which didn't work, then was a bit of a jerk when she had to come from home to let me in the door. At least she had the phone number posted.

Staff was amazing, front desk lady was even better! She made us feel welcomed and anwsered every question we had. The area is local and easy access to convience stores and fast food, room was more than we had hoped for. 1min walk to a lake view, smoking area was very clean. Food was good we upgraded to hot breakfast which i recommend.

My daughter wanted ketchup with her eggs for breakfast but they didnt have any. We didnt get to choose our type of eggs either everyone got scrambled eggs.
