This appears to be a family run motel/inn. The persons checking us in were so nice and helpful. Our room was nicely renovated, clean, very comfortable, and had a nice shower. Each room had an assigned parking space. While we didn’t have time to partake of breakfast, a nice selection of breakfast items were provided. Don’t be put off by the older motel/inn sign; the rooms are very nice. A perfect overnight place before catching The CAT to Bar Harbor or spending a few days in Yarmouth.

The people there were very pleasant. This was our second time staying with them. They found that out when we checked in early, due to the rain. We we're traveling by motorcycle while there, so they put us in the honeymoon suite. Which was a bigger room with a bigger sofa. The owner/operator came in early the next morning so we could get a breakfast before going to board the CAT.

nothing really. we would have like if it had indoor pool, be we we're looking for an inexpensive place as we had to stay an extra day in the area, due to the CAT not running that day because of the weather.

Everything. The room was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Everything worked as they should. The continental breakfast was awesome. All food was fresh, well prepared and plenty. It was well worth it. And the staff were exceptional.

Nothing other than more time there but that was our decision,. lol.

The room had been remodeled fairly recently. Appreciated the no carpet flooring and a couch to sit on.

Booked through booking.com which said breakfast was included with the room. When we arrived and we enquired about it, we were informed that breakfast is not available until June.

Very comfortable room with exceptional staff and service. We took the CAT ferry to Bar Harbor Maine from Yarmouth and went on as foot passengers. We were able to leave our car and Peter, the host, drove us to the ferry. He was very courteous, informative, and helpful and even offered to pick us up on our return, which he did. He could not have been more considerate and helpful and made everything very easy for us. We also appreciated the lovely breakfast they provided. Thank you Peter and best wishes

The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was really quiet and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day of travelling. The lady that greeted us on check in was lovely and kind - checkin was a breeze. The water pressure in the shower was awesome, as was the hot water. The breakfast was great and for the value of it being included in our room, rate we were really happy!! We were about 7 mins to the Ferry Cat going to Bar Harbour. Thanks for the great stay!!

The breakfast set up was well situated, neat , clean and well organized. The staff were courteous and pleasant. The room was fresh and clean, with simple but comfortable furnishings, lots of space for hanging clothes. The location was handy to the town and easy to find on a main thoroughfare with no traffic noises.

It was nice that we could open the windows to let the breeze in. Lovely area in front of motel you can sit and have your breakfast. Would stay again if we're ever back to the area. We were able to go to the dock from there to see all the ships and also eating at Ruckers restaurant is a must if you are nearby like we were. This motel you can drive right up to your door so that is so convenient if you're constantly driving. Love that.

Very comfortable firm bed. All-new bathroom with great water pressure. Everything has been recently updated, and it felt like a new hotel. Location is close to a very pretty lake with kayak rentals, and a walking trail runs behind the motel. There are two markets/grocery stores within walking distance. The breakfast was simple but good -included eggs and yogurt.

Really nice room with redone flooring and updated bed linens with a modern look. Very clean. The staff were super welcoming and offered us a breakfast on the house. They have a simple Continental breakfast but serve it up in style. This is a great place to stay when on the South Shore.

The window in our room was sticky. We let the staff know when we were checking out and they promised to fix it.
