The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and it was very quiet. All in all, a wonderful vacation.

i did not request a quiet room. I requested a handicapped accessible room. Luckily, I am not wheelchair bound because a wheelchair has no way to enter the room or the bathroom. I do have mobility issues and was disappointed it did not have a walk in shower or an elevated toilet. The bathtub had nothing to prevent slipping while showering so we bought a mat to use during our stay. Canada does not have universal standards for a handicapped accessible room, even though we were assured by email and when checking in that it was. Also, the 3 chairs in the room were so old and worn out, it felt like sitting on the floor and were difficult to get in and out of.

The breakfast was just fine and just enough to start the day. Each day our plan was to have seafood mid-afternoon, so the breakfast tided us over until then. The location is near the Ferry Terminal which is perfect for coming from Bar Harbor, ME and returning home. You can stay a night or two at the beginning of your vacation and then return to the New Age Voyager when returning home.

I don't want to make a big deal of this because it's really minor. However, the room could use new chairs. We did not spend much time in the room so it wasn't an issue. And there are comfortable chairs outside the rooms which were perfect for enjoying the evening sunsets.

Lovely, simple, and tasty breakfasts. The rooms were simple but you could tell the owners and staff really cared. Not many people would care about the art on the walls but the elegant taste of the selections just underscored the thoughtful attention to detail, and overall pride in this unassuming little Inn. These sorts of things really convey to the guest that they are going to be well looked after. The staff too was kind, helpful, and friendly. Very much recommend, and would stay here again.

Breakfast was great with lots of choices and good fresh coffee. The room was spacious with two double beds, very clean / like new linens. A non slip bathtub mat was provided. Parking was convenient- right outside our door.

The toilet could have been taller eg the 'right height' type, more suitable for seniors. We rolled up a small area rug and put it aside for the days we were there.

This appears to be a family run motel/inn. The persons checking us in were so nice and helpful. Our room was nicely renovated, clean, very comfortable, and had a nice shower. Each room had an assigned parking space. While we didn’t have time to partake of breakfast, a nice selection of breakfast items were provided. Don’t be put off by the older motel/inn sign; the rooms are very nice. A perfect overnight place before catching The CAT to Bar Harbor or spending a few days in Yarmouth.

The manager Peter, was very kind and picked us up from the ferry. We couldn’t pick up our rental car until Monday so he gave us a ride everywhere we needed. The motel is a bit dated but they are redoing all the rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and held us over until lunch.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff cordial and efficient. Beds comfortable and the usual stuff - fridge, microwave - was there and in working order. Liked that the rooms are slightly uphill from the highway so it was quiet. An older property but owners had made efforts to brighten up the room.

The black out curtains need replacing soon.

The location was perfect. We arrived on the ferry and the hotel was very easy to find. The check-in person was really nice and friendly. The room was very clean it looked freshly renovated. The beds had nice linens and were really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if we came to Yarmouth.

Located a few minutes out of town, east to find. Looks unassuming from the outside but was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the staff was kind $& helpful. Not fancy, but it’s a motel. I’d stay there any time. Bathroom had great pressure - and all the amenities.

No closet? But there were two luggage racks, a large table , couches and chairs.

The staff were very friendly, the continental breakfast was more than what we expected, the room was clean and bed was comfy. Would have liked to have chairs outside our room, as there were a few outside others. Would have also liked a coffee maker in the room. Location is great and close to the Cat.

The exterior could use some upgrades.
