The hotel is in a good location, not far from the highway and close to fast food & gas. The rooms were clean, comfortable and even had a fridge and microwave.

I would recommend not staying in room 248, there is an exit door right outside the room and another guest was loudly opening/closing the exit door at 3.30am which kept us awake for a while and continued to wake us up each time someone used the door. The walls in the hotel are also paper thin, made for a not very restful stay.

The room met all of our expectations for a 5 night stay. There was a fridge (with a small freezer) and a microwave so we were able to prepare lunches and warm up some meals. The breakfast was available early at 6:30 am every morning and was good for a basic breakfast meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a slight odour in the room which we noticed every time we entered the room.

The cleanliness of the room was great with 1 exception. The smell in the room from the carpet was very off putting. We had to open the patio door and crack the room door to get enough air movement to diminish the odor.

The breakfast was OK, the service was very good and the staff were pleasant. The bed slept very well and the room was very comfortable can clean. The location was very quiet including the AC unit in the room. Our checkin was quick and the staff were very pleasant. Overall, we make a trip to Toronto from Carmel, IN every summer and will stay here again.

A lot of options for breakfast. Location was not so good being beside front reception area with a broken front door sending gusts of cold wind in.

We came on the "Big Storm Day" and were so grateful we could book a room. Martina at the front desk was working alone, no help other than the guy taking guests to their rooms because the Pas Key machine was broken. I realize it was a CRAZY day for us all, but it took Martina soooo long to process people, 1.5 hours to process 8 guests before us. There must have been a good reason, I'm sure she didn't want to take that long. She was very nice given her situation, many frustrated, tired and hungry people....plus.....a front door that would slide open constantly (for no reason) sending gusts of ice air on her and ALL those waiting for so long in that line.

We left before breakfast time as we had a very early start. However, the staff had actually tried to put out some of the easier items like bagels, yogurts, fruit etc as well as made sure the coffee and tea was replenished so we could have something before we left.

Room was on the smaller side with 2 queen beds and 3 adults but certainly nothing that could be fixed. Very clean aand comfortable

Breakfast ends at 9:30 it should end at 10:30 and there seemed to be a wide range of stuff on the list of items to purchase such as snacks and drinks etc but 70% of the items were out of stock.

I was able to park right in front of my room, so it was easy to unpack/pack the car without having to lug my bags throughout the hotel.

The morning I left, my toilet wouldn’t flush.

The location was really easy to find. Being on the ground floor was perfect so we could walk our pups. Breakfast was very good. Our room was spotless, concierge was so kind and helpful. It was so close to our son’s apartment and the casino.
